Critical: QualityFirst I want to say the lady that did my nails was extremely nice. Talked to me the whole time, and super sweet lady. I enjoyed talking to her. The quality of my nails are not good. I have multiple cuts around my cuticles. My nails are extremely sore. They hurt to touch, they are not smooth, they are uneven, I had to come home and fix mistakes myself I hardly have any acrylic on the ends of my nails. Half of my nails are bending on the corners due to lack of product. I am NOT picky about my nails at all, I am mostly leaving a review bc of how bad my nails hurt right now. Also, that was the first time in my 28 years of life that I was not asked to wash my hands and clean my nails before painting. I will probably not come here again. I really could say a few more things that happened but I think this review is long enough! I have multiple cuts around my cuticles. My nails are extremely sore. The guy(limp) that works here is terrible. My polish was on my cuticles and he never cleaned around it. He didn’t put anything in the water when doing my pedicure. Didn’t scrub my feet or cut around my cuticles. I had to wait another hour to have the owner redo my pedicure. Do not go to him unless you want your pedicure to look like a three year old did them.

This was my first time visiting there.I asked for a price menu several times but was never given one. The guy had to re-do my nails because of the quality of his work was awful. My nails were painted with gel polish. By the time I got home the polish was already bubbles in the polish. This was my second time there. The first time was April 26, the man did my manicure and pedicure. I was there 4 hours. He was unprofessional! He used the metal grinder on the file and ground the previous gel polish off. The gel polish he did was horrible. There were obvious clumps after I got home and then I noticed where there were bubbles that had busted in the polish. My Daughter and I have had two bad experiences here and will not ever return. I decided to give them a second chance but never again!!!

The staff is very caring. They noticed a red area on my 9 year olds toe and made sure to let me know about it. They do a great job !! UPDATE: Turned out the red area was dried blood from where the lady clipped her toe nail too close. It came right off when she put a wet wipe on it. She was too shy to say anything. But it’s all better now. They were still very kind and did a good job. We both know it wasn’t intentional.

Very nice people, we are not from the area and we’re staying nearby. Some of the ladies in our group wanted to get pedicures after a long day of hiking. The ladies here were very nice and did a great job. The shop was currently having some remodeling done while we were in there so it looked a little rough, but it was still very clean.
