Hands Down the Best Nail Salon in Walnut Creek/Concord. Super friendly women, attentive and they do an excellent job with my acrylic nails every single time. They also pamper you during your pedicure with extra services like paraffin wax (at no extra charge) and offer refreshments right when you walk in. Best customer service and I highly recommend. My experience today with the toenail painting was uneven color and between the top and bottom coat the big toes were fully covered but the rest of the toes she just tapped the brush on. Plus I was surprised to have an extra charged of $5 to remove the shellac. I’ve been going here for about 4 years and have not been charged. The last time I went in about 5 weeks ago my shellac manicure peeled off like tape on the 3rd day. Super disappointed. After reopening since Covid, the service isn’t the same plus the prices went up.

I didn’t feel the job was rushed. And the tech really listened to what I wanted. Also, the price SEEMS a little high, but I was not charged for 4 replacements and a slight cutdown like I would have been at other places. $50 (with tip) for my nails and brows to me waxed. I will definitely go there again!

I am a very picky client. I like to pay for something that I like and not settle. Well let me tell you that Jenny was an absolute delight, an angel if I so say myself. She was very patient. She re-did a flower like a million times because I didn’t like it. Not once did she give me attitude nor gave me a bad face. Instead she was kind and kept telling that it was okay. It was my first time at the salon as well. I give it 5 stars. Also, I think it was a very good price as well. Totally recommend this place. Especially Jenny

I had a great experience at this place. Got spa pedi and dip powder mani(for the first time). Really liked a result. Place is small, but very clean and welcoming. All technicians are very nice. Very thorough work! Great selection of colors. Will be returning.

I made an apt to come in. I showed up half an hour early an they sat me right away. Which was nice. Though I didn’t mind waiting either. It seems they generally take walk ins first come first serve. So I think it’s best to just show up. I came on a week day. They have those amazing massage chairs! Staff were all professional and nice. Spa pedicure an manicure. I could have fallen asleep in the chair lol.
