Got gel maní, reg pedí. Colors were cute and plenty options. But if I’m paying to get my hands and feet worked on I deserve to get the full treatment. I liked my mani better than my pedi. Mani lady was a lot more meticulous and caring about my hands and did a good job on them. I work in construction and work with my hands so it was an emergency situation. Pedí lady wasn’t as caring or really listened to what I said about her messaging my foot. Which I m paying a lot I should be able to really have a good experience, especially since I work hard for my money. Probably won’t come back, just really needed to clean up the damage I do to myself xD

I called asking for the price, they told me 16$ for a regular manicura (yeah right -_-) they also said I didn’t need to make an appointment. My dumb self believed them and just dropped in. I waited one HOUR, with 0 people in line (-_-) right before I walked out, they told me they could take me, I got some simple Holo gel nails(on my own nail), with a simple manicure, and then they hit me with “it’s 35$” 35 dollars for what! Something I could have down with a 99€ nail polish form the dollar store. Of course I paid for it, cuz I ain’t trying to get arrested, but I’m never going back.

I would of given them 5 stars but I had payment issues that wasnt my fault. Was able to pay them but had to leave my drivers license with one of the ladys and go get cash out even tho they didn’t wanna let me but they never would of gotten paid any other way! Anyways my nails look AMAZING!!!

I went to this shop when I first moved to Chinatown. I gave them a good rating. 5 stars. But they started to change. I noticed that they would pretend to be very busy if people of color came in. (So, I decided to put them to the test) I went on an off day and asked for a full set. 1 customer, 3 ladies working. After sitting for a few minutes one lady ask “you want pedicure?” I say no. She says, “ok, 15 minutes.” Now, 2 ladies doing nothing, one with a customer. After 20 minutes, no service. So I leave. 2 days later…..I go back. This time early upon opening at 9am. Me and one other Asian show up at the same time. The Asian ask if she can get her nails done right away cause she has to go to work. Lady at the desk says,”sure, someone will get right to you.” She pretended not to see me standing right in front of her and and started to walk away. Then turns and ask if I wanted something. Imagine being asked if you wanted something as if I had no business there. I say full set. She said,”you come back tomorrow.”. Everybody busy. Not today. So, I got to find out if it’s prejudice, or me, my black skin? So after work, I go back in. I ask for a full set. I was told, ” we don’t have time. (I knew their closing time) so I know they did have time. So, It was proven that this shop does not service people of color. If they had said ok, I wouldn’t have stayed. I went where I was welcome. To a shop that service and welcomes All People.
