I got shellac and my feet done, everything was great until the manicurist started doing the shellac on my hands, she didn’t even cared to check if the color was correctly matched, and as an introvert i didn’t say anything. One of the ladies there butchered my nails. I don’t feel this place in knowledgeable about nail health. I used to have beautiful, long, and healthy almond nails about .25 inch long. I have been using dip for two years. Every time, my dip came off within 5 mins and my nails were strong and healthy underneath (from other salons or when I did then myself). It took me 45 minutes to take off the dip that was put on in this salon. My nails were PAPER thin, destroyed and inflamed bed, and all this discoloration as shown in the picture. They also don’t put the dip like they would acrylic, so DIP IS NOT DIP.
