Waited 20+ minutes eventhough I was there when it opened and I had an appointment; other people without appointments were taken care of before me. I wish I had walked out but I had a wedding reception in a few hours and didn’t have time to find something else. I regretted that decision after several failed applications of dipping powder that resulted in too many layers, over filing, product residue all over my nail beds and a bleeding thumb. It was my 1st time there and definitely my last.
