Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have never in my life been happier with the way my nails turned out. The SHAPE is phenomenal. Holly did my pedicure and was super sweet and thorough. John did my set and was equally nice and extremely thorough. He stayed an hour after closing to finish my nails and never complained or rushed through any part of the process. In fact, I kept apologizing for it being later and he told me not to worry. The prices are right on par with all the nail salons in the area which I was surprised about since the work they put into my nails and the quality was way above the rest. I have never in my life been happier with the way my nails turned out. The SHAPE is phenomenal. Holly did my pedicure and was super sweet and thorough. John did my set and was equally nice and extremely thorough. He stayed an hour after closing to finish my nails and never complained or rushed through any part of the process. In fact, I kept apologizing for it being later and he told me not to worry. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityMy friend and I had called a few days earlier for a pedicure gel appointment and nail appointment. We walked in on time and the person at the desk said we did not have a scheduled appointment. They gave away our appointment to two others who walked in minutes before us.We sat for over an hour before being taken care of. The lady did not put gel on my toes and said it was too late to do so.After we were done, a lady said she had a scheduled appointment that she made a month ago and they had no record of the appointment being made.Do not waste your time at this place! My friend and I had called a few days earlier for a pedicure gel appointment and nail appointment. We walked in on time and the person at the desk said we did not have a scheduled appointment. They gave away our appointment to two others who walked in minutes before us.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDO NOT go here!! If I could give 0 stars I would.Firstly when I walked in she completely ignored me. Myself and one other person (who was getting her nails done already) were the only people there. I went in to get my one gel nail fixed (I got them done here originally). She looks at me and asks how long it’s been and I said 10 days, and she literally laughed in my face and said what you don’t get a refill within 10 days… (pretty sure gel manicure should last a good 2 weeks at least!) I then ask how much it was to fix the one finger and explained to her I didn’t have time to do a full set fill unfortunately. She then walks away sits down at her station and says do you even remember the color. And then I showed her the color I used. She then said it’s 5$ for the fix or $30 for a fill, and didn’t even look at the color I tried to show her. Then she starts counting money at her station, and completely ignores me even though I said okay let’s just do the fix. I literally just stood there, right infront of her, waiting. I obviously walked right out of that place, and she didn’t even bat an eyelash or look up. Complete and utter disrespect. Low class, and not worth wasting your money. There are several other salons in the area that are WAY better and WAY nicer. Maybe treat people with some respect and you’ll have a better set of new clients.Services: Gel manicures, ManicureDO NOT go here!! I have always had a difficult time finding a good nail salon where they don’t try to rip you off or the nails fall off within a week. This is the place to go everyone there is soo nice and treat you like family ! Kim is the best and does a beautiful professional job on nails.Service: Manicure
