I’ve only been here once. It was to get my brows done. I had been growing my brows since last October and wanted to get them done for the B2K Concert. The wait wasn’t too bad and for the price she did phenomenal!!! I kept hearing about the brow lady in Goodman Plaza and she did not disappoint. I wish I knew her name, but I will def be going back!!

They did my feet well,but I was tricked on the pricing,I very clearly asked the young lady if they had another polish other than Gel which is more expensive,she replied no then when I go pay I’m thinking I’m getting the cheapest and ended up being the most expensive,you really have to ask for pricing before any work is done,I don’t like feeling manipulated.

I had nothing but great reviews until I went today for my appt and 10 min before my appt Nancy put a young lady in the chair. Everyone knows 10 min is not long enough to perform a service. I spoke to Tony and he said something to her, she gets up and whisper something in the young lady’s ear and they both start laughing as Nancy is rolling her eyes. That was the final straw I canceled my appt and now they have lost a customer who has been a customer for 2 years now!! Terrible customer service 2 down. However I will not take away from her skills, she’s good at what she does but the more popular she gets the more her ego grows…not good
