I went here recently for a regular manicure and I suppose that is what I received: a bare minimum manicure. I waited about 10 min, which was fine. The nail polish selection is a joke and was updated several years ago. However, the guy was not friendly at all, barely said 2 words to me, and reused the same dirty nail tools from an open kit. Why bother putting them back in the packaging? You’re not fooling anyone. He painted most of my nails, leaving several empty spaces and streaks. The nails were filed unevenly and the top coat was so old that the brush was a crumpled mess.

I have been going to this place for over 5 years. They have a great price I get my manicure and pedicure for $20. They are very polite and very friendly. Before my mom passed away she loved this place. My daughter came her since she was on 10th grade now she is away for college but she visits this place as soon as she get back home.

My nails was ok When she went to do my pedi I noticed she didn’t line the tub with the plastic liner so I looked over at the lady next to me to see if she had one on and she did . I asked the owner are you going to put the plastic liner down mind you she was running the water already she said that’s $2 more . I said you can’t be serious Your charging me$2 for something that you need to be doing for sanitary reasons . So if I don’t pay you $ 2 your going to soak my feet in a dirty tub . Come on . Been going to this nail salon for years and I’m never disappointed with the work. I’ve gotten it all, regular, gel, acrylics and their new SNS powder. All beautiful, lasts me up to 2 weeks or more depending on how I take are of my nails. Pricing is really good compared to most places.

I read the review below while I was sitting in the pedicure chair after having walked in for the first time, so I was pretty anxious about my decision to go in. None of the things described by the other reviewer happened to me. The technician (Joy) was good, skilled, friendly, quick, efficient. Some of the polishes looked dry on the shelf but were fine. The most important thing for me was that it was clean and they used what appeared to be sterilized instruments, licenses displayed, OSHA regulations, etc. I am always worried that some nail places are not operating within proper guidelines. But this place seemed fine. And cheap. I got a mani/pedi for $20. I don’t think you can really expect luxury for that price, but again, I had no complaints. The parking lot is a little shady… but that had nothing to do with the salon.

Go to Liz!! She is nothing short of AMAZING!! I went there a week ago to get my eyebrows done. She dropped what she was doing and served me quickly but better than that…best eyebrows I EVER got!! So today I go in for a Mani pedi, and WOW!!! WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! She just took excellent care if me. She’s real, she’s there to help, she’s there for all of your needs, just WOW!!! Because you have Liz there, you have a customer for life in me!! I moved to Port Jefferson from Selden and have been looking for a place but man, is my search over! PS…Liz gave me a message that was so deep and relaxing, and hit the perfect parts so amazingly, that I almost fell asleep!! I literally have her all my money Serious people, wow what service. I am I’m customer service, and I know the importance of Google reviews, as I use them to determine if I am going to visit a restaurant, bar, etc. Liz… PLEASE FONT LEAVE ME!!!

If I could give this place a negative star I would or no stars at all. I have no idea how these people have a 4 plus star reviews. The only thing good about this place is that I didn’t have to wait. I wonder why!!! Still wasn’t worth my money. So I wanted to get SNS powder but they had 10 choices, so I had to go with gel. While the lady is taking off my SNS powder from my nails I see another employee clean the tools, which are supposed to be used to clean up your cuticles and such with the brush at the sink that people use to wash their hands. The tools are not sanitized they make believe that it is because it’s in plastic wrap. One of my nails got infected right after the gel polish. I got my nails done Tuesday evening and this Friday morning (3 days later) my nails chipped. I went back today, Friday evening to get one nail fixed, and I got an attitude from the employee. As the day went on today (Friday) more of my nails started to chip. Please do not waste your time, money, or risk your health with this unsanitary place.

I have never been so inspired as to write something negative about a business until I came here. I went for a manicure. First, the nail polish selection was slim pickin’s and the one that I wanted ended up being all dried up. So I picked another polish. The water to soak my nails was cold. The guy filed my nails round when I said square, but he did them so short I couldn’t change them. Then he got polish all over my cuticles and had to go back and fix most of them. I was in there for an hour AND he forgot to even put lotion on!!! He also forgot to ask me to pay before he put polish on. I don’t know if he was new or just having an off day, but my friends who came with me got pedicures and didn’t make out any better. I would definitely not recommend this place.

I wish I could give this establishment no stars. I went in to get gel done on my nail. They dont have a large selection for gel polish. I wish I knew the lady that I got because she was terrible. This was a Wednesday when I had received this gel polish and by Friday most of them were chipped or falling off. The gel polish barely had anything in the bottle. The scrub at the sink that people can use to wash their hands is the same scrub they use to clean the tools for customers. I had received an infection on my nail. Please don’t waste your time getting SNS powder or gel because the product is cheap and barely a selection. I heard they do good pedi and mani but I don’t know about that. I never got just a mani or pedi and I wouldn’t want to either. The only one that seems to know what their doing is the male in that store.
