Critical: Quality, ValueSo, the last three times I’ve been here have not been worth the money. The previous two times just seemed very rushed. There are only two workers, so you can expect delays. Every time I’ve gone in on a weekend, they reference to me and the other customers how wait times are much better on the weekdays, and how we should consider coming then, but not close to close times. I don’t know why they don’t consider the fact that we work and this is the only time that many of us have the luxury of coming in for a mani/pedi. This last time (Feb. 8) was horrible. I was bounced from chair to chair, to chair to chair. They moved me so quickly from doing the acrylic that the acrylic on my right hand had not dried before they moved me to the pedicure bowl. When I took my shoe off the acrylic on my thumbnail completely came off. They opened the front door and propped it open at one point and it was freezing. I had my feet in the water. Another customer finally told him that we were all cold. I got my nails done on a Saturday. By Monday, the topcoat had began peeling. He painted ONE coat of gel topcoat. I paid over $70 for a full set and gel pedicure. The gel polish on my toes was all over the side of my toes. I was so dissatisfied. They could clearly see that I was not pleased. So, the last three times I’ve been here have not been worth the money. The previous two times just seemed very rushed. There are only two workers, so you can expect delays. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueDavid and Diane have a fabulous salon.! Very clean, brand new massage chairs and always sweet to their customers!
