I’m seeing a lot of bad reviews and I have to disagree. I found my nail tech Lucy a little over a year ago, and she’s had me as a loyal client ever since! I REFUSE to let anyone else touch my nails other than her. If her schedule is full when I need an appointment, I will NOT get my nails done by any other until she’s available. Every single time she does beautiful work and I am always excited to sit in her chair. It is very neat and profesional, definitely worth the money. Lucy also makes great conversation which is a plus. I am starting to see her as more than a nail tech, she is my friend and I always recommend her to people I know whenever I get the chance. 10/10 for Lucy. I literally trust her to do free styles! The set you see is a free style!

I went to this salon over 3 weeks ago. I found the recommended nail tech to be friendly however the service was poor. I went on a Friday and 2 days later I had a nail to lift. I was not use to this happening with healthy nails. The nails weren’t only overpriced, but horrible to find when I went back to have them fixed I had to wait, then I was told all of my nails were cracking. I will never visit them again. I spoke with the manger there and he said he don’t give refunds, but I can get them repaired. I decided to wait for my usual nail tech. Clearly it pays off to be patient for good nail techs here in Port Saint Lucie!

Lucy is awesome…she does really nice work! She does nice free hand designs as well. Super nice lady. Only reason for 4 stars is my pedi was done using old polish so the end look was so so. My friend had the same issue. With the amount of money this place makes, fresh polish would be expected and not adding something to an old bottle to get more out of it.

I got acrylic nails which I do love and plan on going back for a fill here. However, I would NOT RECOMMEND a pedicure here. They didn’t use hot towels, nor do anything besides trim my nails. I asked her what about a massage? She stated after she painted my nails. She then used cuticle oil to massage my leg for 10 seconds. It was so disappointing and not worth the $50.

the most horrible nails i have ever gotten in my life, sliced my cuticles up with the drill AND the buffer, didn’t even cut them. I literally gave her a picture of what i wanted and still got completely different and tried to overcharge me for it HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

The lady at number 2 I think her name is Lucy, has a terrible attitude because I didn’t like her design. I told her I wouldn’t like it prior to her doing it yet she continued. The next time I go in she started speaking in her language and had several workers look at me. I spoke with the manager/owner and he just shrugged and told me she said I was too difficult. I mean I want what I want for my hard earned money! I should’ve gave her no tip but my mom raised me better. They’re too pricey anyways, your loss.
