I have been going to Nail’s First for several years now for pedicures and I have never had a negative experience. If I had to name a “bad’ thing all I can say is they typically only have two workers, so there could be somewhat of a wait, especially if you are a walk in. But I always make appointments and have never had to wait a terrible amount of time. They are always very nice and pleasant, and do a a very neat and clean job with my pedicure, something I can’t say for other places I have been to in the past.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’m new to the area and needed a pedicure for myself and my mom (who is visiting as we get settled into our new house) and I called around to find a spot for us. They were very accommodating and got us in within the next hour. The store was very clean and both stylists were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a nice pedicure experience.I’m new to the area and needed a pedicure for myself and my mom (who is visiting as we get settled into our new house) and I called around to find a spot for us. I went to Nails First today for the first time and got their manicure and pedicure combo. They did the worst job I have ever received. The manicure had chips and smudges in it and when I asked her to fix it, she said it looked fine. I also received a pedicure, the paint was all over my feet, which I asked them to clean. The paint on my toes was all around my nails and did not look professional at all. When they were cleaning my cuticles, they cut my toe and did not apologize. They also did not clean their tools between customers. I strongly recommend you do not go to this place if you want your nails to look decent. I asked to speak to the owner/manager and he said there was nothing he could do about it. They also do not accept anything but cash and did not tell me til it was time to pay, so I had to leave and go back to the salon with cash.

I’ve been going to Nails First for years for regular pedicures. Service is consistent, and they do a great job every time. I’ve never had a problem. This is a no frills service salon, which I prefer. They are fast and efficient. If you want a pampering service, you need to go to a more expensive salon.

I have been going to first nails for pedi and acrylic nails for over 12 yrs now, and I have NEVER had a bad experience with Kevin and Cindy. They are very kind, gentle hard working people. Yes they are the only 2 people that work in there ( because they are the owners) but I have seen them call people in to assist if needed. I have never left there with messed up anything. Yes they will try to squeeze people in that don’t have appointments and I was one of those people until I finally decide it was smarter to make an appointment so I don’t feel rushed. Yes they only accept checks and cash and that’s because credit card companies charge the business ower a certain percent to process the transaction. I would rather pay by check or cash to keep costs down on my behalf. AMAZING PEOPLE!!! And just FYI, I moved from crossover to Rogers 3 yrs ago, I continue to drive to Fayetteville just to have Kevin and Cindy do my nails. And I will continue to do so as well.

I have been using Kevin and Cindy services for maybe 12 years or more. I go in 3-4 times a year. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My pedi always last a long time and when I’m there it is completely comfortable and personal. They are hard working business owners and wonderful people.

I went here this last Saturday and felt they we rushing me the entire time. They waited to tell me until I was almost done that they do not accept card but cash only so I had to call my husband to bring me cash. They never pushed my cuticles back or trimmed my natural nail before applying acrylic nails and they are already coming off and the paint has already started chipping and it has not been a week yet. I will be reading revues before going any where else again.

Wish I would’ve read the reviews before I went there! I went in for a pedicure with 2 of my friends, and the whole time we were there I felt rushed. The guy put shoes on my friend while her toes were kind of dry, and then put flip flops on me while mine were still wet and then handed me my shoes and lifted the arm of my chair. What should’ve been time enjoyed, I felt rushed the whole time. Not to mention I went to pay with a card and they don’t accept card, they’re cash only. They could’ve had a sign or something! Like a hand written one at least! The lady keeps her money in a drawer, not even in a cash register. I only had 23$ in my wallet, not 25. Had to borrow money from my friend. And to be honest they didn’t deserve the tip my friend gave them! That guy was rough with my feet! He scraped the top of my toe nails with a nail file, he cut my toe nails uneven and crooked, and then didn’t even apply a top coat to my polish. And their color selection sucks! It’s all old polish and ugly colors. They didn’t even have plain white. And they left skin flakes on my friends feet. And my feet were super slippery afterwards

I had a very poor experience here. There were only 2 people working (they appeared to be husband and wife), and they both made me feel as though I was inconveniencing them by coming in even though I was the only person in the shop. They took my gel nail polish off in the MOST ABRASIVE method possible, every other salon Ive been too puts acetone under foil to sit for 10-15 to get the polish off but they literally sanded my nails down to the thinnest texture I’ve ever seen and then made me dip my whole fingers into a harsh bowl of acetone afterwards. The kicker came when I went to check out and THEY DONT ACCEPT DEBIT/CREDIT, this would be fine if they had signs posted for customers on the front door and around the salon but theres literally NO SIGNAGE advertising that they’re a cash only establishment. They then got upset with me for not knowing this fact and stated that they’ve been there 30 years and that I SHOULD KNOW how they operate. Poor experience, will never go back and I recommend you dont either.
