Kelly is so sweet, and the staff was so warm and Friendly. They played Frank Sinatra (which i love) so it just has a mellow vibe. I didn’t feel rushed and they even have a super soft pillow to rest your hands while being worked on. Loved the staff so much; I made a hair appointment while I was there.

I was going there because I love the way they paint nails one of the best. Until I had to dispute a charge that I believe they used my debit card to pay their internet bill with because I didn’t tip after they went up on gel pedicure. And I think I was overcharged because the blonde headed girl charged me $45 12/30/2020 late evening after the owner left and I went to get the same exact thing done for Valentine’s day weekend and was charged $41 by the OWNER. Bank statement didn’t show Nails First At all in December nor January, but I got a foreign internet charge for $47.98 that I never saw before ever in life. My bank gave me my money back after investigating and I got a free pedicure. If u get your nails done over there or whatever, make sure you use cash. Don’t trust the young blonde headed girl if she still has blonde hair. I almost raised hell til the whole shop was quiet after I saw that internet charge from a Houston based internet service with some Asian company when I went to confront them about it. I have no reason to lie only reason for FACTSSSS!

Went on a busy Friday evening so I had a bit of a wait but they were super friendly. It was my first pedicure ever so I was nervous and they really put me at ease. The massage chairs are nice too!

I am mortified. I have been coming to this place for YEARS and I have never had a bad experience. There has to be a new owner or something because I went there to get my eyebrows waxed and a new woman was there and she had no idea what she was doing. She waxed MY EYELID. I have two red splotches on my eyelids where she scalped me. Absolutely horrifying. I will never ever go back here again.
