Pleasant staff and a nice atmosphere. My first time Lyn did my nails, and Vivian my pedicure. Vicky is also good with nails. Would’ve gave 5 stars but they charged me extra to put on a fresh full set and take off the old one with 4 missing nails.

Most rushed, inefficient pedicure I’ve ever had. Polish looks good but aside from trimming cuticles and washing my feet they did nothing. Paid no attention to callouses on the bottom of my feet. 15 minutes start to finish. Looked forward to this all day and was left very disappointed. First and last time I’ll be going there. Pedicure

Just an awful business. Cracked my wife’s toenail in half, and when she wanted to just leave because of how unprofessional they were, they forced her to pay full price. Even though they did barely any work. These kind of people are why small businesses are dying in Illinois. Poor service, poor communication and just downright unethical behavior.

I have been coming here for over 10 years and it is a terrific spot. The manager Ryan, really knows how to give great customer service and sets the tone for his Nail Parlor. Rosie is a true artist and takes such pride in her Kraft. She is always “upping” her game to bring you the newest in nail art. She also cares about the health of your nails. I highly recommend, Ryan, Rosie and the rest of the crew at Nails First Palatine! Wonderful service!

I swear this place gave me nail fungus. It was unhygienic and rough. They just kept filing and laughed whenever I asked any questions. Just an incredibly rude staff and treated me terribly. And then they had the audacity to charge me full price. Amazing how a place like this can exist anymore. The owner should shut the place down and never open a business again. If I could give it -5 stars, I would. These people are criminals
