I’ve never been mad walking out of there they always do amazing! Today they had to do a new set which is fine. What I didn’t enjoy was they didn’t soak the nail off, they cut them and then peel them off. Then when I was finished they were going to charge me $80 dollars bc I got longer nails. No design just a color and glitter over top. Like I said I would still recommend them 100% this just threw me off today. They are amazing and quick! I just didn’t expect the $40 jump compared to what I’m used to.. they even took it down an extra 10 which was appreciated seen as Im only 19 it still would have been nice to know I was gonna be paying nearly $100 dollars before they did the nails that is all. I don’t want this to seem like a bad review bc it’s not AT ALL! I was just shocked at the price today.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in and the nail tech tried to pop off my old nails. When I told her that it hurt she said “well how you want me to do it?” I asked her to soak it off, that’s what I’m use to in normal nail salons. I’m thinking this but didn’t say it. She said that would take too long. Then she said “you should go somewhere else ” Feels very racially charged because she also is telling me the price of my nails before she even started and then she went up on the price within seconds.

This is my 2nd time visiting the shop I truly thought I found my home place to continue with for years to come considering I just relocated here to Saginaw a few weeks ago. Unfortunately I will NEVER BE RETURNING BACK due to lack of customer service. I requested Helen since she did so great the 1st time I came and wanted to make her My official nail tech for years to come, however today she became offended because of me asking how much certain services cost and I ended up with John. John did a great job on my nails but then I asked him just being curious how much was it for your eyebrows he said “We don’t do them, but there was a lady getting them done”. I know racist ignorance when I see it so I will not spend my money here after today.

However, the first person that started doing my nails cut them too short so there was no way the shape would’ve looked good so I asked him to take them off and redo them. He then told me he was going to charge me $15 basically for his mistake. So then I ended up changing the shape and length because I was discouraged by what just happened. I asked to get coffin shape instead and just do one color. I think this is the worst manicure I have ever had and by far the worst looking. They were being unprofessional and complaining about how I change my mind. If they would have listen the first time I wouldn’t have changed my mind I believe the end result would’ve been the same regardless. Have been going here for years. They are very reasonable with pricing, nails always look great, awesome pedicures! And the salon has always been very clean! Now they take extra precautions with COVID, barriers between you and technicians. The owners know your name and greet you when you walk in the door!
