Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueMy total bill was around $140. 1 basic pedicure, 1 deluxe pedicure with gel polish and 1fill in with gel polish. The pedicures were ok, we had a discrepancy with the wax paraffin, price and time but because of the “language barrier” it was a lack of understanding, so I moved past the misunderstanding. It was a precious little girl walking around eating, throwing and dropping fried chicken everywhere she was the pedicure stylist daughter. It was very unprofessional for the price we paid. Also, the very next day my gel nail polish chipped which has never happened before and I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 years. My total bill was around $140. 1 basic pedicure, 1 deluxe pedicure with gel polish and 1fill in with gel polish. The pedicures were ok, we had a discrepancy with the wax paraffin, price and time but because of the “language barrier” it was a lack of understanding, so I moved past the misunderstanding. It was a precious little girl walking around eating, throwing and dropping fried chicken everywhere she was the pedicure stylist daughter. It was very unprofessional for the price we paid. Critical: Professionalism, QualityPaid for my daughter to get a pedicure and acrylic nails for her Prom and a Banquet at School. They were so unprofessional and did a terrible job. The lady spent most of the time on her phone and you could really tell by the quality of my daughters nails. They were horrible! I took her back the next day in hopes of getting someone else to fix them but they stated they were too busy. I spent almost $100 so I explained that I needed them fixed or soaked off. They had the same girl do them. The guy that was in there also acknowledged that the nails were not done properly and to not use her again. This place was a joke. My daughters nails were never fixed and we just went somewhere else and paid more money to have them properly done! This place is not the same as it used to be!!!! Paid for my daughter to get a pedicure and acrylic nails for her Prom and a Banquet at School. They were so unprofessional and did a terrible job. The lady spent most of the time on her phone and you could really tell by the quality of my daughters nails. They were horrible! I took her back the next day in hopes of getting someone else to fix them but they stated they were too busy. I spent almost $100 so I explained that I needed them fixed or soaked off. Lynn and Angie where not very polite. I pretty much come here all the time this has been my first time feeling like they don’t care about how I feel. I had some dirt under my pinky nail and ring finger nail, usually the girl I go to makes sure my nails are cleaned correctly such as the polish he also forgot to get on my nail. I got French tip so you could definitely see the dirt, Which wasn’t a big problem to me but the fact that Sam kept trying to explain to me that it was under my 2 nails and that’s not what they do for 45$ nails. He then gave it to me for 40$. I just recommend not coming here, you could save a lot of quality on your nails by going somewhere else for the same price. Towards the end my finger was grabbed by Lynn the owner and she put glitter on it. Which didn’t help because my nails are for a wedding this was so very upsetting, I loved this place. Sam did my nails today, I was very unhappy about it . Make sure you clean your nails underneath before your acrylics, because they will not. Lynn and Angie where not very polite. I pretty much come here all the time this has been my first time feeling like they don’t care about how I feel. Critical: QualityOk so this is the first time I’ve been here, the older man with glasses did my nails. He was nice and patient with me as I was being indecisive about which colors to go with. However, he should not be doing nails! First of all, when he applied the nail polish, he missed the sides of my nails and in other spots the nail polish is super heavy, so totally uneven. Then, I told him I’d rather not use rhinestones b/c they come off too easy, so he leaves and comes back with some heavy duty glue and applied it but now that its dry the glue is the first thing you notice! Also, he made my nails crooked, like bad! I wouldn’t be as upset if I only paid $30 max, but try $60! Ive gone to many nail salons and this is the highest priced salon yet and the worst results. I am not happy! I can’t believe I even tipped him. It wasn’t until I got in my car that I noticed all the flaws . I know it can’t be perfect but when you’re paying $60 it better be worth it. My nails were not done how I wanted, she didn’t even let me tell her what I wanted and when I did she told me no and did something else. She cut my nails down too far and left acrylic underneath them, I was just not happy with them and I would not recommend this place to anyone, it’s overpriced also.
