Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueVery disappointed with the service. I called ahead asking if there was a wait time and I was told 5 minutes. I was parked outside so I walked and waited at least 15 minutes. I was debating on leaving when the lady said it was almost ready so I stayed. Waited in the seat about 30 minutes until the water became cold and they refilled it. Waited a few minutes and they finally got to me. The lady asked me what I wanted, so I said pedicure and eyebrow wax. She began on one foot and said I’ll be right back. She didn’t come back. Almost 30 minutes later and she isn’t back because she is working on a manicure. I don’t have a problem with going in order but at least be honest on how long the wait will be and don’t get started and leave someone waiting.Service: PedicureVery disappointed with the service. Very disappointed with the service. I called ahead asking if there was a wait time and I was told 5 minutes. I was parked outside so I walked and waited at least 15 minutes. I was debating on leaving when the lady said it was almost ready so I stayed. Waited in the seat about 30 minutes until the water became cold and they refilled it. She put glitter on my mom’s nails, after she specifically asked her not to, and then huffed and puffed when she told her that wasn’t what she wanted. She then proceeded to ask “well what do you want me to do about it?” Fix it. Not only that, but my top coat was only applied to half of my nails so half is shiny and the bottom half is matte. They were the absolute most hateful and rude people to me and my mother. She put glitter on my mom’s nails, after she specifically asked her not to, and then huffed and puffed when she told her that wasn’t what she wanted. She then proceeded to ask “well what do you want me to do about it?” Fix it. Not only that, but my top coat was only applied to half of my nails so half is shiny and the bottom half is matte. She rushed my nails aren’t the same shape or length and because she rushed I have a bunch of cuts and burns(from the nail file) all over my fingers. And are so bad that I can barley touch anything without them hurting and they have been there since Saturday. I understand maybe one or two cuts or burns because it’s happened before with people who do take their time but these are on almost every single finger. Plus they are super expensive and wouldn’t take any money off for messing up my nails. I got a manicure and a pedicure. Pedicure was great. But the woman that done my manicure did not take her time at all. She rushed my nails aren’t the same shape or length and because she rushed I have a bunch of cuts and burns(from the nail file) all over my fingers.
