First time here. Looking for the right mail shop to go to dive moving back to Richmond. I had gel polish put on toe nails, I had filed and prepared the nails. So he had very little filing. He was very abrupt/rude. Charged &30 just to paint my toes and $40 to another guy to manicure my fingernails. He was very nice. But very slow. He talked quite a bit and every time he spoke, he quit working…..

I am new here to Kentucky and I needed my nails done. I was exploring the nail salons in town when I wanted to try this one. We were greeted by this polite guy named Na. It took about 10-15 minutes just to get us back there but it was worth it.Na did my petacure and afterwards I felt very good. I loved the way he they were very patient and quick with everything that I needed. I will be giving a $40 tip for this outstanding service.

4.2.22. Just left this place of business. After waiting two hours with my feet in cold water the two guys started arguing and fussing! Several people left with no acknowledgement from the workers. Finally I tell them if they would take of their customers instead of arguing they would not lose their customers! No acknowledgment they kept arguing. Will not go back!

I was there yesterday and when initially sat down I explained what I wanted with a picture and stated I would be okay with adding extensions to my nails to achieve this. He proceeded to file my natural nails in the shape I wanted, they weren’t all the same length. Why would I want uneven nails? He then shortens them and continues with the SNS. Towards the end I notice they aren’t the shape I asked for and he starts to ARGUE with me. I said it’s okay and politely asked him to finish my nails. He CONTINUED to argue with me.
