I’ve lived across the street for 2 years, and I’ve been going every 2 weeks for 2 years, to say that Ivy and Mike are among the best is something I am very confident in saying. They’re friendly and try their best to remember their customers, and make conversation while there. In 2 years of getting my nails done twice a month I’ve only had one issue and that was due to a bad polish which was fixed with no questions asked. I definitely recommend Nails Express.

I picked my toe polish to match what I wanted for my nails after the guy told me he could do dip to make my nails look like what I wanted. They didn’t have the color I picked, so I chose another to match. Once my toes were done, he told me he couldn’t do my nails to match the color on my toes after he said he could. Had to pick something else. I picked pink and white with glitter tips. It looks terrible. If I knew I couldn’t get what I wanted for my nails, I wouldn’t have gotten what I did. First time here and definitely my last. Prices are high and the quality of work sucks. I should’ve just went to Signature Spa like I always do in Moundsville. Even on the toes, he has clear polish puddled up near the cuticle and the tips of my toes have no polish. Very disappointed. What a waste of money!

The lady that gave my pedicure did not do a good job, but instead other than new polish I walked out with my feet looking the same as when I walked in. No callus removal and she was not able to do what I wanted, instead she pushed me into a style I really don’t like just bc I felt sorry for her and wanted this to end. I WILL NEVER GO BACK

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI made an appointment at 12:15 wasn’t seen until 12:45, extremely expensive, $2 added on to each service plus $2 added on if your using card, and they changed there pricing on over half of there services. They charge extra for every single thing you want, extra for the length, extra for the shape, extra if you accidentally mess up your nails. They are incredibly shady with there prices, they almost always charge me more than what the menu says and I even ask to confirm before hand. This isn’t the first time I’ve been displeased, every time I’ve been here the quality is horrible, the painting of the nails looks awful and the gel nail polish they ask you to pay extra for doesn’t last. I refuse to spend $70+ on a full set no designs or anything special to it. Target definitely charge more because they know they are the only one in the area. First and last time there!! Paid way too much for service received. After they charged my card for more than I was told when paying ($50 not $45) I lost an acrylic nail just a few days later!! I have had my nails done many many times and have never lost one before!!! Went back and the nail they fixed looks pinkish compared to others! The $5 design looks like a blob on one! Very unhappy!!!

Some there do great job and some there hurry through and don’t care. Do not make appointments here because they don’t honor them. They had me waiting 25 min past my appointment while they were taking walk ins before me. That’s messed up and unprofessional!! You make an appointment for a certain time, get there early and they still have other people skip you. I love the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff but can’t get past the unprofessionalism I received that day. I eventually left and still haven’t gotten my nail fixed… I will not be back after being a loyal customer for a year. I’ll make the drive to Moundsville.

Had appt at two today. I set for 25 minutes with my feet in water. No one said anything to me. A lady next to me getting her feet done said they r very slow. Everyone who was here has complained. I thought I would give them another chance after I was charge 85.00 for my nails back in Feb. I was going on a cruise and they messed my nails up and still made me pay for them to fix them. I told the guy I have to leave he said five minutes i said my appt was for two not 245. I will never go back her again.

I went in and asked for a basic fill and polish pricing on wall says 23 so I’m thinking ok 30 with tip that works. He charged me 35 because he said he used gel nail polish, u pick from colors on a nail swatch nothing was said that colors were gel and would be more. He did a good job but I wont go back that was bs to charge 12 more dollars. On way hm looking u can see indentions and brush strokes, corner of thumb u can see right thru. I’m very disappointed I work hard n have very little time this was a waste of money!
