Every time I come in I’m always greeted so happily and they always remember exactly how I like my nails done. They ask how I’m doing, how’s work and how my family is doing. One of the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I went around 12:00 p.m so there was no wait time, and that’s the one and only good thing. 1st.. the water was way too HOT, like it was nothing but hot water. 2nd… When he was filing my nails it’s hurt because he cut my nails way too low. 3rd… He tried to PULL the little hangnail on my pinky toe instead of clipping it, I can’t even explain the pain! 4th… After I left I noticed both of my feet had dry dead skin on them and was not smooth on.

I feel ripped off. My friends, my mom, and I scheduled a week ahead to have a spa day for my birthday. All seemed well when we first got there. But communication seems pretty difficult. I get a pedicure from a teenager who obviously doesn’t want to be there. And I saw my mom get the exact same pedicure with soaking her feet in warm towels and such. I just get one draped over my legs for a few seconds and rub off the oils and that’s it. You barely could feel her doing my pedicure. My mom’s nails looked amazing but I guess she was in a rush since i was the last one because my nails look like it. They are lumpy and super thick. She even missed a decent chunk of nail on my thumb that broke off later that day. The lady even answered her phone on her wrist watch while working on my mom. I just wanted to get out of there I was so upset. I wish I never went there and waisted my money.

I live in the apartments next to them so they are a literal 2 minute walk from my door to theirs. They did a good job on my nails. However before doing them I was told 35 w/o tip and 40 with tip. When I was rung up she charged 40. AUTOMATICALLY ADDING THE TIP. And still leaving the option to leave a additional freaking tip. That’s just rude I should be allowed to CHOOSE to tip or not.

I went in just for basic mani because I planned on applying nail wraps for my vacation, once my polish chipped. My polish lasted over a week. I couldn’t get over it. Wendy not only did an amazing job, but she is so sweet! I’ll definitely be back.
