Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst time I came and the owner did a good job but had a really bad attitude. She joked a little during the first visit, but over all was still rude. I assumed maybe she just had a bad day and so I decided to come back a second time (this time bringing my mom) and I was so embarrassed. I felt like she was rushing herself, being rude again, and didn’t do a good job like the first time. Made sense why my gel nail chipped the 3rd day I had them (not normal and wish i read more reviews stating this before). I called in Friday to see if I can come in to get it fixed and she was so bothered I couldn’t come the moment she requested (Saturday, Easter weekend). I told her unfortunately I made plans for the weekend and she really huffed and puffed and finally told me Monday was ok. I decided I would rather pay someone to fix the nail that chipped than to ever go back there again.
