Everyone is so friendly and the clients are always classy and polite. I was going to one down the street on WP Road (next to Al’s Roti shop) for a couple years but they were so rude and acted like I was begging them for free service I was new to the area and never noticed them until I walked out of that other salon. As soon as I walked in EVERYONE said hello! Betty is good but Jessica is awesome it’s been 6month and I have no complaints.

Owner did my nails and it came out beautiful. I even messed it up by accident while it was wet and she redid my nail without a problem. Acrylic is $18 and to get an aldmond shape is $25

The only reason I honestly go here is because they can actually do acrylic nails well however, if it were based on customer service I wouldn’t go here. All the nail techs are rude and have extremely bad attitudes except for the oldest woman there. I think it’s because they know that the customers will come back because they do nails so good that kinda sucks though. They literally tell you that they don’t care, go to another shop, if you have a complain and you’ll write a negative review. I’ve heard them say it MANY times because women tell them this all the time, they just don’t give a hoot about customer service, ha ha ha.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and even though I trail off to other shops I always end up back here. Their customer service is great and they put tips on pretty good as well as their fill ins. My only issue is its not impeccably clean so I’m afraid I might catch a fungus or something but that’s what I bring my own stuff. (Soon I’ll have my own kit for them to use). I would totally recommend this shop. The girl on 5 is good as well as Julie and sunny and the older lady on 4.

Went here one time, infection in the heels of both of my feet. While I was getting my nails done, a woman came in and complained of the same thing. The owner told her to get out and that she was lying but clearly she wasnt. My ankles are swollen and this is just disgusting. Took 2 weeks to show symptoms

Nasty customer service!!!!! Did my nails here and within 3 days they started falling off went there to fix the problem the one that did my nails wasn’t there and after letting them know what happen,I basically stood there for like 5 mins before someone decided to let me know she’ll fix them but not before charging me again DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!
