This Person is very rude. and Very unprofessional shouldn’t be working in Ladies nail shop if You’re going to have a attitude we walked in together at 9:30a He said absolutely nothing So! I said how are you doing this morning, just to break the ice 0He said Good Morning Under his breath very low” I even complement him on he’s tennis shoes he said absolutely nothing WOW!!! Overall. I had to say good morning to everyone. Usually when people walk-in your business they should say good morning, good evening or good night. I was sitting in the chair getting a pedicure when the owner of the nail shop walked in she said Absolutely nothing, I had to say Good Morning Which is the first thing you should say when you walk- in the door and you see a customer in your own Business….I Will not, be coming here again. I’m Writing this review in the nail shop sitting in the chair getting a pedicure.

Please don’t come here. They so rude and unprofessional! THEY ONLY HAVE TWO WORKERS, which is ridiculous why are you open if you make all your customers wait at least 1-2 hours before you serve them. She messed my feet up and I came back twice and she still couldn’t fix it because she was the only one in there. DON’T come here you’ll be wasting your time. & let me not forget to mention she kept cut my hand ion know how many cuts I have on my hand. This the worst experience.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in and got a normal full set mani and my eyelashes none after I leave I notice they charged my card 93$ the next day when I call I notice the amount on my card was changed to $78 which it still way too much! They said my eyelashes were $30 which are already falling off the next day and my nails were $48!!! Where I’m the hell do nails cost that much! They said it was extra for gel okay I understand that, then preceded to tell me it was $10 bc my nails are extra long which they was not and $5 extra bc the coffin shape!! What nail store does that?! And even if you do charge that then you tell customers that before just giving them that. But I don’t think that’s the case I think nails etc. charged my card whatever they wanted to charge my card! What yourself ladies! Horrible. The younger guy was really good and patient. The elderly man was horrible. He rushed my nails. I asked him for a thin acrylic layer. I asked over and over again and he didn’t even try to. My nails looked huge and they were all un even. He doesn’t value customers desire at all. I will never go there again!

I am torn because I liked the pedicure and the tech did a great job with that, but when she got to my nails I feel like I must have been her first acrylic refill ever. Where do I start, my right hand and left hand are two different lengths, some nails the acrylic is so thick on one side of the nail and thin on the other. I have to say I would rather the younger guy do my nails, the older gentleman I had last time rushed through doing my refill and I asked him to take just a little tiny bit of length off, well that didn’t happen I walked out with my nails barely showing over the tops of my fingers. What is the point of having acrylic nails when they are that short. I have gone there a few times and tried several different techs. Guess its time to try a new place. Any suggestions???

Customers are not valued in this establishment!! Quality of work is poor and when you complain about the poor work employees get defensive and blame YOU for the reason your nails are not done right! The older male nail tech is the worst. Bad attitude and provides horrible work. He has had to redo my entire nail set twice! It’s not worth your time or money. You’ve been warned!!
