This is now the second bad experience at this salon. Not a fan of the application, manicure was not a manicure. This is only 3 days of grow out by the way with dip. It’s so thick, was all over my cuticle and clearly not up to it and lifting already too.

I went in for a regular mani and pedi that was $50. My pedi was done in 20 min. Water wasn’t very warm and got cold while my feet were soaking. After the scrub, she didn’t add moisturizer or do a massage. Just started polishing. My feet still feel rough and skin is dry. My manicure was 15 min and she didn’t file my nails. I went to lunch after and noticed 1 nail was smudged and the other completely slid off – it was the weirdest thing. I know my nails are short but I’ve gone to other places that spend time to help get them healthy again. I would not recommend going here. It wasn’t relaxing and the polish didn’t last. Quality not worth the price.

I wanted to like this so bad but the tech i had…. awful. My nails are sloppy, misshapen, and the color is uneven. She hurt me by filing my cuticles with the electric drill (why i dont know), messed up the polish, and left a lot of bumps and mistakes. my fingers are legit sore. she also refused the shape and style i wanted originally, making up excuses, and i asked for long and coffin shaped and got this…… also had polish all over my fingertips. overall, i really regret coming here.

Best nail salon in Troy/BHam area. I’ve tried a lot over the years. David, Satoko, Brian, Anna and Tammy are all amazing people and nail techs. Perfectionists. Always happy when I leave. Have recommended to many friends and family and always get positive feedback. Highly recommend.

Tony is great!! He is very meticulous with the DIP manicure – I had an ombre done for my birthday and he provided wonderful service. Would definitely recommend – it came out great. He even worked with my short nails which are very hard to do an ombre dip.

Not me but a friend always has a hard time when she goes to this nail salon. She always ends up with the same girl. She is rushed and harsh with her hands and nails. The nail polish is never applied evenly and she is needing to give the nail stylist direction on what part of her nail needs more attention. If she could give negative stars she would. Do not recommend this salon to anyone. The customer service is not welcoming and the service is poor.

I told her the link they wanted and she told me that she wasn’t gonna do with that long because she didn’t think it looked good and so she cut it shorter. I told her the link they wanted and she told me that she wasn’t gonna do with that long because she didn’t think it looked good and so she cut it shorter. I have been coming for over a year and very happy with my services. Some of the technicians are better than others. I really enjoy Sandy and newly hired Red. Its nice because there are so many people working that the wait time is really not that long at all compared to other nail salons. I recently switched from acrylic to dip powder and they have done a fantastic job. I do suggest they get a wider selection of dip powder colors. Prices are great and everyone is friendly!

I go once in a while to treat myself with a dipped manicure and decided to check out this nail salon in Birmingham! I had a great experience at the salon, but am very disappointed for the quality of my dipped manicure. I spent $42 to have my nails done for the holidays and the dip chipped 3 days later! How very disappointing… when it is supposed to last 3 to 4 weeks!!! How can it chip within the first few days?!?! I am not sure I will be back to this salon and will be sure to warn my friends and family of the quality.

I’ve gone here for about a year – maybe 4x. It’s very convenient and the technicians are nice. However, have to agree with some of the other reviews. My recent visit was very rushed. The technician didn’t even leave my nails under the light for a full 60 seconds. When I said something she slowed down. She did a shellac manicure and pedicure in an hour. I also noticed she had an appt waiting right after me so I’m not sure if that was the reason for her to hurry. I did explain that I was going on vacation and needed the mainicure and pedicure to last. Well sure enough, I’ve noticed today that 3 of my nails have raised dots on them. Very dissatisfied. I will not be going back. Please consider this post when choosing this salon.
