Worst experience. I typically get gel nail. I was convinced to try something different and was not satisfied with the work. The mail tech did not fully paint my fingernails or toes with the base coat. For my feet the polish was all over the place or not full covering my toenail. When I pointed out the discrepancies she insisted nothing was wrong and my nails.

Nails are uneven, way too thick and overall do not look good. They did a bad job the first time so I went back about 20 mins later and while they are less thick, still look bad. The woman who did my nails tried to blame them being thick/looking bad on me and the color I initially chose and acted like she was doing me a favor by fixing them. I also asked for short nails multiple times and they charged me an extra $5 for “long” nails. Would not return for any services, paid $45 for nails I am not at all happy with and $40 for an equally mediocre pedicure

They did a Terrible shotty job on my eyebrows and I was dissatisfied with my nails. First of all the lady did the quickest Rusch job I ever seen. I left with my husband and returned the same day To tell them I was unhappy with the way they turned out and asked if they could repaint them since You could see the overlay and the bubbles underneath. After Yelling and talking trash about me in their language she looks at me and says since you’ve been gone for a couple of hours I have to charge you $20 to repaint your nails. I looked at her and told her I would rather give the money to anybody else than her and this was base simply on the way she treated me. No customer service skills whatsoever. Even though it was unfair to charge me that much just to repaint my nails after me not being satisfied the charge was not the issue it was the way that I was treated. We as women have to do better with allowing people to treat us like dirt while taking our money. I am a very generous tipper and trust me when I tell you they will never see my face in there again!!!

Very unprofessional experience, I had the gel polish on my feet some 3 times due too lack of communication. I explained that I didn’t want coffin nails and I was still given coffin nails on some nails!!! My toe nail polish looked as if my twins 10 year olds did it. Very upsetting to pay $90 for service that didn’t value over $50. One plus, they do have beautiful gel colors and design options. Their Holographic colors are adorb!
