Love this salon! It’s the only one I’ve been to that my nails don’t fall off randomly. They last 4 weeks no problem. Desk 1 is always nice even when I bring my son ( he watches videos My phone). Never had any acrylic under the nail either which I hate. I’ve been going for Months and plan to keep going. Love the selection of mood changing gel polish.

Both techs have done my nails and I absolutely loved both of their work. I’d advise making an appointment vs walking in.

They actually deserve 0 stars. Not only were several of my full set acrylics various shapes and sizes than the others, but it has not even been five days since getting them and they’re falling off!! The woman didn’t do anything with my cuticles, left centimeters of space between my nail bed and where the acrylic started (making them look WEEKS old) and forced my hands all different ways during the appointment while telling me how bossy she is. She sure was bossy, to the point of being rude. She also wouldn’t let me get the color i asked for! I said yellow, and she only showed and offered me dark greens. Awful experience, awful results, won’t be going back. Save your money and go elsewhere!! My nails won’t be salvageable and I’m out $60 (even though I was told it would be $40!!) Had to have them removed.

Critical: QualityI went and thought it was okay but they didn’t have me stay to let my toenails dry for the pedicure I paid for. Also I had to pull my feet out 3 times to let them know it was scalding hot. When I left part of the nail polish came off my one toenail and I ended up with two burn blisters on my big toe and little toe of my left foot!!!!!Service: Pedicure

Critical: QualityI went in for a pedicure and a GEL manicure. One my pedicure did not leave my feet soft. There is still dry dead skin on my feet. The water was to cold then my feet got sprayed down with very hot water. Second I had asked for a gel manicure and received an acrylic set and paid for a gel set. I kept questioning the powder she was putting on my nails, and I could not be told a clear answer, I was told it was gel powder. There is no such thing as gel powder. Powder is always acrylic and gel is gel. Gel comes in gel form not in powder. People please know the difference between gel and acrylic or you will get scammed. On top of not receiving gel nails my nails did not turn out well she was in a rush my nails came out with and uneven application.Services: Gel manicures, PedicureI went in for a pedicure and a GEL manicure. I had a gel manicure it started to chip in a week, so I got another one and it chipped in a week. I went in today to get the gel off. Two of the technicians were sort of rude. They charged me almost $17 to take off the gel polish, it took about four minutes. I will never go back there again, that price was ridiculous. Gel manicures

I went to this salon for my wedding prep. The pedicure was fine, my nails looked good but the paint came off completely in a week. I personally have never had a pedicure come off that quickly. The gel manicure experience was not a great experience. She cut my cuticles dry and didn’t clip my nails down. I had one broken thumb nail which I asked for an acrylic tip and she told me I didn’t need it because it wouldn’t be noticeable. So all of my nails were square except one thumb. The gel manicure looked good but chipped that same day. I had done a french tip for a classic look and ended up having to paint the tips on parts of 6 of my nails the morning of my wedding. My bridesmaid went with me and had a different tech and her nails are still perfect 2 weeks later.

I went in to get a pedicure and was asked to “pick a box” of what scent i wanted. She put me in the water and poured the powder in. I asked her then how much for the pedi. She told me $85!!!! I gasped and said, No, i just want a basic pedi. she said, weeeelll you got massage and gel that costs extra. Now, this isn’t my first pedi. I told her” then forget the massage” she said ” ok, $75. No gel would be $55. ( she knew i had a $50 gift certificate) she refused to show me her rates. And if you notice they are not posted anywhere on the web site or in the shop. I ended up spending my whole gift certificate for 1 pedi!! Needless to say…. BEWARE!!
