Asked for oval nails and got triangles! After a couple times of him asking me “You like shape” I kept telling him to fix this and that. They literally spent the whole time I was there talking and by their facial expressions I wouldn’t doubt about me. Ended up paying $58 for triangle claws and they even looked like if my nails had grown out 1 week already. Maybe they do this so the locals can go within 1 week. Would I recommend this place, No.

I went to Nail Envy 4469 Mobile Hwy Pensacola Fl and had a Gel fill (pedicure). I asked in advance about the pricing and was given a chart: $30 $37 $45 $50. I chose the $45 and I tipped Janis $10.00 in advance. She did a very good job. However, when she goes to check me out she tells me it will be $60.00 saying it took too long. Really????

I received a mani pedi there and the guy who did the pedi was great but the other guy who did my nails cut my fingers repeadtly with the electric buffer thing. I didnt realize how bad it was until i left. I dont think i should have open wounds on several nails after getting them done.

I went in there today with my daughter to get an acrylic fill and fix a broken nail. When I asked how much it would be, I was told $45! I even brought my own regular OPI polish. I said, “I don’t need gel polish, just a regular fill with regular polish.” They told me it didn’t matter what kind of polish I chose, polish is an additional $15 dollars. SO…$25 for acrylic fill, $15 for polish, and $5 to fix my broken nail, or I could walk out of there with NO polish and save $15! Sorry, but that is B.S.! Save your $15.00 and just go elsewhere! Their work is not worth paying a pretty penny for! My daughter wanted a marble accent nail and she was not happy with the way it looked at all. Her nails were suppose to be coffin shaped but she rushed through it and some of her nails where thicker at the tip then others and uneven. My daughter has always tipped whoever did them 25%. They knew who she was, so you would think “Kim” would have spent a little more time on her nails to make them look good. The place is going downhill. They used to take more pride in their work and they used to not charge $15.00 for polish on an artificial nail service! The best nail place I’ve been to so far. Their prices are a little high but let me tell you you get what you pay for. It is worth every penny, their attention to detail cannot be beat. My nails last easily the two weeks that they should if I do not mess with them. Heather, the owner, did things to my nails that no one else has ever done that made it so much better. She was also a pleasure to work with. She did exactly what I wanted, and I assure you that you’re now my new nail salon and I will not be going anywhere else.
