Critical: ValueThis place is only good if you get Heather and even then you will probably still be there for five hours getting your nails done. The pricing is always inconsistent as well. Today I spent 200$ on two regular pedicures and manicures and mine look absolutely horrible. They are clumpy and cut down so short even after I specifically said I wanted them to be as long as possible. This place is only good if you get Heather and even then you will probably still be there for five hours getting your nails done. The pricing is always inconsistent as well. Today I spent 200$ on two regular pedicures and manicures and mine look absolutely horrible. Owner is very nice but these people are con artist. Got a standard mani pedi with my girlfriend and she charged $160 for the both of us. The clear coat for my nails peeled off in a day and same with my toes. Inquired why the charges were so much she stated we got gel coating which we didn’t ask for and specifically told her we didn’t want it. The pedicure was a waste of money period. Was to receive the classic with dead skin removal and suck, walked out still with cracked feet. She said we could come in to get the issues fixed but I refused. Why do I have to use my gas money to come up and who knows what kind of service I would receive from complaint prior. I will not give my money to this business again and I hope you won’t either.

I have been coming here for months. I enjoyed their services. I went before a 10 day trip, the nails looked terrible. I called multiple times, the call never went through. Finally I got through to see what they could do about the poor quality. They said since I was not there in person there was nothing they could do. I made a last minute appointment and went here on a whim and I’m so happy I did! Sabrina did my pedicure and my legs and feet are so soft and she did the most beautiful design for me! The atmosphere was perfect and Sabrina along with her coworkers were so awesome to talk to. Really great experience, totally recommend! I’ll definitely be back.

I had a pedicure with Kim and she did a wonderful job. She was very precise in making sure my nails were perfect. She also massaged my legs for a nice long time, which was just heavenly. I also needed a fill, which Heather, the owner, did. I was a little short on time, so I asked if they would be able to do it fast for today. It usually takes from 30-45 minutes to do a fill, but Heather was able to do them in less than 25 minutes. She did them perfectly too, and understood that I needed to be finished before a certain time, but she made sure that they were perfect too. I am so in love with my nails and my pedicure, and I have been getting compliments about them too. I have been recommending Nails Du Jour to everyone I know. I also really liked how they taught me the actual difference between Acrylic and Gel nails, and how Acrylic nails turn your nails yellow.

Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love this place. But just be careful because they will charge you for every single thing you get done. New shape? Charged. Matte on top your nails? Boom, another $10 on your tab. I just wish there was more clear communication on what I was being charged especially when they tried to keep convincing me to get all of it done otherwise I really don’t have any complaints.
