My daughter and I were walk-ins on a weekend. They still found a way to get us in. She wanted a complicated design she had seen on pintrest. Tom took his time, was friendly, and worked hard to help her get her dream nails. He went above and beyond! Her nails were perfect! I have been a regular ever since. John and Dawn are also fabulous! They all take their time and the service is amazing!

Critical: QualityVery upset with the quality of service I got considering I spent over $100 & tipped well. You can see even with my finger perfectly straight the tips were applied crooked. & less than 5 hours from leaving the shop I already had a air bubble from the application not being done properly. It looks sloppy & it was rushed. I thought about going back to have it fixed but it’s not even worth it. Had a manicure and pedicure done. I did gel and after spending over $100.00 the gel pedicure peeled off the very next day. Not happy. The manicure was rushed. I feel like they don’t care about you and they rush through it and in turn ends up being poor quality. Pedicure, Manicure

My mom came here for a pedicure today. After she soaked her feet in the tub, the lady went to drain the tub, but had to rip the plastic liner inside for the water to drain. She took a sharp tool to puncture it open and but moved to carelessly and stabbed my mom right in the bottom of the foot and she bled. It was a mistake, but nothing more then an I’m sorry was given to her. She had to sit there with a puncture in her foot and had to pay and tip at the end. No bandaid or care was given. Hopefully she doesn’t get an infection.

I have been coming here for years, haven’t had many problems until this last visit. 5 if my nails chipped and broke within a couple days. That’s never happened to me before. When I spoke with someone in the phone, he asked why I broke them. I’m sorry but they should not break this easily after just 2 days of getting them done! This was their fault! They are letting me come get them fixed, but I won’t be going back. I pay too much money for a poor job to be done and then get blamed for it.
