I am very disappointed with my experience here! First day the powder gel nail cracked!! Not my real nail just the polish on top!! I have to go get 3 nails fixed!! I just got my nails done less than 4 days ago! I am never coming back nor recommending anybody to go!

I have been coming to this salon for about 2 years. I was introduced to the ‘Cats Eye’ manicure and now am addicted!!! Both Tina and her associate Tony have done my manicures and both do an amazing job! I pass several nail salons on my way to this location as there are salons on every corner these days, but the longer journey to this salon is worth the trip!

Absolutely horrendous. First off, I called and asked specifically for gel nail extensions. Not acrylics. I was promised that was what I booked my appointment for. The woman not only put very thick uneven acrylics, she also used the drill and drilled divots into my nail beds. It’s been 4 weeks and they still haven’t grown out. My nails were filed so thin and unevenly, I have to have gel put on just to keep my nails from breaking off. It was absolutely ridiculous. If you care about your nails at all I would go elsewhere.

I went to get nail done a full set acrylic and they lady had an appointment at 4 and she rushed my nails. Hate the way they turned out. Worse service ever will go back to get them fixed or my money back.

im Never coming to this place again the lady that does the nails messed them up they aren’t even symmetrical!!! When she was cutting my nails she didn’t even ask what size and she was on the phone the whole time ! They also charged me $35 instead of what it was supposed to be which was $20!!

Worse nail salon in rolling Meadows. They have rude people working here and they have attitude for everything. Can’t even tell them what they’re doing wrong on your nails because they catch an attitude. They’re overpriced too. And when someone walks in to complain to stop working on you to attend that person. Never again. This nail shop should be closed down. I’m really sorry to say that but never in my whole life have I been upset about a nail salon like this one.

Just got a mani. Mani urist doing a great job. Then other client walks up with toe seperators on and says she needs more polish. My lady fixes the polish then removes other client’s toe separators. Then turns back to work on my hands. I asked her to wash her hands please. She argues and says it’S JUST COLOR. I said you touched her toe things. She washed her hands but said again, It was just color. Removing a client’s toe separators is not just color and i should not have to teach a stylist about cross contamination.
