Critical: Punctuality, QualityI was left sitting with my feet in cold water for 30 + minutes. Very rushed job. I realized once I got home my toenail is jagged on the end & now I have to repaint them myself so I can file them. Definitely do not recommend!!Service: Pedicure

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going to this place for a few months now, but today, 11/11/20, I had a different kind of experience. When I went in the young lady who greeted me and asked to help was rude. I told her who I wanted to do my nails, but the lady was busy doing a pedicure. I asked how long was the wait, and she said about 20-25 minutes. I asked her was there someone else who could assist me, and she just walked away from me. I left. I have been going to this place for a few months now, but today, 11/11/20, I had a different kind of experience. When I went in the young lady who greeted me and asked to help was rude. I told her who I wanted to do my nails, but the lady was busy doing a pedicure. I asked how long was the wait, and she said about 20-25 minutes. I got gel polish done on Saturday morning and yesterday, polish on one nail fell off. My nails look terrible. They are already chipping. I think my husband could have done a better job than the guy that did my nails. I think he could have done a better job, however he was more interested in his phone call. The lady that did my pedicure did an awesome job.
