Had a horrible experience the other day. Wanted to get my nails done for my birthday so wanted to try this place. Never been. I had them do a refill on my nails with French and a pedicure (gel polish). The lady was very fast & did not do what I asked. I was gonna ask her to change my nail color when she was doing my feet, but as soon as she was done with my feet she went in the back and never came back out since. Will never come back here again, had to go over to touch of Asia for them to fix. Don’t waste your money here

Not impressed! Stoppedcin this past week for a pedicure. Place isn’t as nice and clean inside as other salons I have been to but they are local to where I live. I asked the lady yo be careful trimming my nails and after a couple tries where she was grabbing skin too we decided she wouldn’t trim but she didn’t even file them then. But she did start on the cuticles and slipped and sluced a small spot. She was just going to ignore it except I asked if she had anything to put on it to keep it from getting irritated and to stop the bleeding. I swear the pedicure literally was less than 30 min. No parrafin wax. I won’t be going back.

Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI went to get my nails done right before Christmas. I went late in the evening at 7pm they close at 7:30pm. Originally I went to get just my feet done since it was so late. However she saw that my nails really needed a refill because they were high up. She told me she had no problem doing my nails as well. So she took really good care of me and finished within the hour. I loved how my nails turned out!!! So beautifully done and sparkly just how I wanted them. Thank you so much for all your hard work. I went to get my nails done right before Christmas. I went late in the evening at 7pm they close at 7:30pm. Originally I went to get just my feet done since it was so late. However she saw that my nails really needed a refill because they were high up. She told me she had no problem doing my nails as well. So she took really good care of me and finished within the hour. I loved how my nails turned out!!! So beautifully done and sparkly just how I wanted them. Thank you so much for all your hard work. Also you can’t beat their prices, I highly recommend this place will be coming back done.

Not happy with my mani/pedi. Tech rushed around to every client. Cut my toe. Had to redo nails.Client next to me was told her cuticles were cut, she just didn’t feel it… they were not cut.

She messed up my eyebrows and now my arch is gone and one eyebrow is higher than the other and she still left them bushy like they were before. Terrible service. 0/0 do not recommend PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! Waxing

I went there once last year around mid summer. They did an okay job on my nails accept I felt like the rushed it. I had bubbles in my nails which if your a master nail tech, that leaves a bad rep on your store. Second, I went back earlier than my refill. There was something black underneath the side of my nail. I had the young lady take it off and it was mold!!!! They told me it is from washing hands because the water gets underneath. Which that has NEVER happened to me. I always wash my hands and scrub under my nails to get bacteria out. I would NOT recommend going here.

They are not terrible. The staff is really nice it’s family owned. The mom does a good pedicure except when she uses the machine I’m assuming to buff or smooth out the toe nails. She burns me every time on all toes. When they do my gel fill or full set they don’t do terrible I wish when my nail polish dried I didn’t see little dents and the shape could be better. If they fixed those minor things, this salon would be the only one I would ever go to.
