Went as soon as doors opened and was seated for a pedi. Feet soaked in water for over an hour before the pedi actually began. What a waste of time. Zero nail clipping or cuticle trimming and honestly thank god since I could see all the tools in a bin on the cart without an autoclave bag, likely used from client to client. Cheese grater thing used for callus removal was shaken into my dirty foot water to remove skin and thrown back onto the cart for future use. EXTREMELY unsanitary on the most fundamental level. Then to top everything, the polish job wasn’t even good and my 8yo niece could’ve done a better job (polish lumpy and uneven and all over my surrounding skin). This dude didn’t even try. 100% would never go back or recommend this place. Drive the 30min into Nashville and avoid getting a fungal infection.

Last year I tried this place and they accidentally cut off a chunk off of the end of one of my toes. Instead of acknowledging it, she kept dunking it under the water and trying to paint over it. That might work with a cut, but it was extremely painful with a chunk of flesh missing. Plus the blood was everywhere, including her apron. I still paid full price, I should have just hobbled out.

I had been going here for about 8 months and the only thing I ever requested above their service was to , um please, allow me to dry my nails a bit longer; the gel I was getting always turned matte within about a week, well it stopped when I insisted to dry them longer-all good; except when Lilly told me I needed a new set…I checked my phone, and it had only been 3 weeks since last new set; SHE FLIPPED and started gas-lighting me ‘you so complaining’ and I’m like , “No” I’m not just wondering why I need new set after 3 wks. She continued loudly that I was complaining… so I said fine and left… never looked back; Such Rude cust svc!

I got my pedicure done at 1pm today, and the gel polish has already peeled off both of my pinky toes. The man that did my pedicure was very very rough. I voiced that I was in pain several times, after he continuously ran the drill over my skin, and he and the lady working next to him laughed at me. This service was not cheap and I was treated with no respect, and my nails look absolutely awful. A child could have done a better job than what I received today. This establishment is unsanitary, which can be very dangerous considering it could cause someone to have a bad infection from tools not being properly sanitized and then used on a different customer. Do not go to this shop unless you want to be made fun of after someone cuts your skin with a drill, and nicks your skin with nail clippers. I will NEVER go back.

First time having my feet done. It was so good and relaxing in those chairs that massage you while you wait. Then they soak your feet a d rub lotion on them cut your toe nails and paint them. Get the dead skin or rough skin off your feet. It was nice.
