Critical: ValueMy pedicure was not good. She left my heals looking like I hadn’t had a pedicure. For the deluxe, most expensive, pedicure, I was sure to have the best results. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value**unsanitary!!* They do not value your time. I was asked to come back at a later time (not a problem) With an reserved appointment time. When I came back they took 3 walk ins over my Appointment. I mentioned to them i had another appointment and asked them if they were able to see me in time. They said “yes”. 30mins before I had to leave I asked them if they were going to have enough time and the Owner became upset with me and said rudely he will see if he has time. I waited another 15mins and no one had called me. I will never return to this place. They did not wipe any of the pens, pedicure stations, chairs, desk, chemical solutions. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been to nail salons all over Ventura County and this one is my favorite. They have great customer service, it’s clean, and they do a great job. The reason I like it so much is because they go the extra mile when providing a service.
