Nails look horrible and my fingernails are very wide and thick after show the Tech a picture she still did my nails her way and I kept telliGn her it’s not about the money but I am not happy and I will pay extra and she acted nuthin couldn’t be done after I had paid and she didn’t want hear what I had to say so I went to different Techs and they all was very rude….never have worry me coming again!!! I told her I wanted pink with white tips

If only I could give 0 stars. The only reason I came to them is because California Nails was packed and I couldn’t wait. My pedi was rushed through and the lady didn’t do a good job at all. I wanted my real nails painted with gel polish and she ended up cutting my nails too short. I didn’t notice until she was done with my left hand due to me being on the phone with my right hand. I guess it’s my fault for having my face in my phone . The gel chipped and started coming off the same day. That was my first and my last time coming!!!

My daughter’s nails look HORRIBLE. She came in on 11/20/22 to treat herself for her birthday. She got Vicky, who she loves and has done a great job in the past, and was excited even though she knew Vicky would cost more. Just as Vicky was preparing to paint the chosen design, another nail tech in the salon came over and started painting my daughter’s nails. She basically took Vicky’s client from her. That might would have been okay if she had known what she was doing and had an ounce of artistic talent. My daughter was so upset to have wasted $70+ and over the whole situation. I would come in to complain but doubt it would any good. I mean if customer ratings at 3 stars and below between FB, Google and Yelp hasn’t made your business better, then me complaining to you won’t make a difference.

This nail shop have rude nail techs. They do not treat you with any type of courtesy. I came into the nail shop to have a manicure and pedicure done. I chose my color of choice but because the nail tech that was doing my pedicure did not like the color she requested I change it. She stated she didn’t like the color and thought it was too dark. I refuse to change it all three times that she requested I did so. The nail tech that did my manicure was different he was the worse. He was extremely rough leaving my nail bed sore for days. I requested coffin shape nails as he was filing I realized he wasn’t shaping them in coffin shape when I told him he got mad and told me he would be charging me an additional fee although he had already charged be the fee for coffin shape. He finished my nails they were uneven, bulky, and painted poorly. He was in such a rush to leave with a friend who was already on break and provided poor service.

Courteous staff but too pricey for subpar service. They didn’t even paint the sides of my natural nails. Only visited because California Nails was closed for remodeling. Definitely won’t return.
