Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe people that work here are so rude and can barely speak or understand English. I booked two appointments for my daughter and I and we left unsatisfied. The nail work here is poor ! They can’t do anything with if it’s not basic. It’s over priced and no social distancing. I showed pics of what we wanted because they couldn’t understand us. They did our full sets completely different from the pictures. I let the manager know that we didn’t get what we wanted. The people that work here are so rude and can barely speak or understand English. I booked two appointments for my daughter and I and we left unsatisfied. The nail work here is poor ! They can’t do anything with if it’s not basic. It’s over priced and no social distancing. I showed pics of what we wanted because they couldn’t understand us. Critical: QualityI will never go back here one of my thumb nails are shorter than the other! she cut my cuticles all up they are burning as I type bad paint job good pedicure but the polish does not look professional. Just overall a bad experience so many complaints while I set there. They don’t communicate well and charge you whatever?! I paid over $100 just to leave unsatisfied! I have never paid that much just for gel polish on a full set and pedi they just do what they want without communicating.. I will never go back here one of my thumb nails are shorter than the other! she cut my cuticles all up they are burning as I type bad paint job good pedicure but the polish does not look professional. One hand of nails are longer than the other, the acrylic is unevenly spreaded when I asked the technician to fix the uneven nails she took a file and slid it across my nail 4 times and said it was fine. The pedicure wasn’t as bad the man was just a little too rough and the water wasn’t really hot. For the amount of money I paid I’m highly disappointed.

Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been supporting & putting money into THEY pockets & salon! I have been a loyal customer to this salon for the past 5 years. They refused my service due to them getting mad because I stopped going to them because I didn’t want to take MY nails off for me to get a full set! Mind you that’s what I was paying them for! STOP SUPPORTING THIS NAIL SALON! They will refuse anybody service if they feel like it lying saying “your too picky” when really they just don’t want too! Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been supporting & putting money into THEY pockets & salon! I have been a loyal customer to this salon for the past 5 years. They refused my service due to them getting mad because I stopped going to them because I didn’t want to take MY nails off for me to get a full set! Mind you that’s what I was paying them for! These reviews have to be fake… my acrylics came off like press ons within 2 weeks. Around my toes were cut and burned for days and feet looked over all terrible. With no polish my simple pedicure was $35. My short square acrylics with no polish was $50. Everything was horrible and they don’t wash the footbaths out before the next customer.

Then I was told unless I have cash app which was fine. But then began to tell me that I couldn’t get regular polish on my hands when they didn’t have the Gel polish that I want. Try to stay stocked with every Gel polish while your not allowing customers to get regular polish at this time . Then I was told unless I have cash app which was fine. But then began to tell me that I couldn’t get regular polish on my hands when they didn’t have the Gel polish that I want.
