Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valuei made an appointment at 1pm for a full set of acrylics. i waited until 2pm because they “didn’t have anyone that could do acrylics” a woman that did not give me her name took me and then asked me how long and i asked her to go a little bit longer but right after saying that she cut my nail much shorter than i had wanted. she got up out of her seat multiple times to go and talk to a coworker, answered a personal phone call while doing my nails, and stopped mid nail to scroll on her phone for 20 minutes. i was not out of the salon until 3:30. she pulled my cuticle so hard that i started bleeding, and got her thumb stuck to my nail from the glue and ripped it off(which hurt quite a bit). i had wanted a light sage green color but their only options were neon green or dark green(which was fine, i understand not everyone has every shade of every color) so i chose the dark green and when it was put on it was not as dark as i was hoping it would be, i asked if it would get darker with a second coat and she said yes, it did not. none of my nails are the same shape, they are clumpy, one has a drop of acrylic on the underside like it was not wiped off properly, and there is polish everywhere on the inside of my nails. i was then charged a 4$ fee for having to pay with my credit card instead of cash. everyone else in the salon seemed great but whoever this woman was was awful, did not give me a name or anything. awful job.Service: Manicurei made an appointment at 1pm for a full set of acrylics. i waited until 2pm because they “didn’t have anyone that could do acrylics” a woman that did not give me her name took me and then asked me how long and i asked her to go a little bit …More
