Don’t let this cute color fool you. The attention to detail was subpar. I go get my nails done not only to get them done but to relax and know my technician will take care of me. I only felt stress having to tell the technician my nails were slanted and needed to be filed more multiple times. If I hadn’t said anything I would be leaving with something a lot more slanted. I don’t leave bad reviews but if I know I could do a better job, an untrained nail tech I have to say something. I feel upset that I payed as much money as I did for these. I would suggest looking to go somewhere else. My experience felt rushed unqualified and finished with an upsetting result.

Critical: QualityIf I could rate this 0 stars I would. They messed up my nails so Badly. I will also share pictures too. They are too short and he didn’t even ask if I wanted longer before cutting it. I asked for an oval shape and they are all uneven edges and not filled right and on top of that, the color is uneven on my nail and there are so many brush strokes and there is white mixed in with the clear coat so there is a tint to my nails. I asked for an oval shape and they are all uneven edges and not filled right and on top of that, the color is uneven on my nail and there are so many brush strokes and there is white mixed in with the clear coat so there is a tint to my nails. Awful. My heals were bleeding when I left because the lady used the foot file too much. Gel nail polish on my pinky toes peeled off immediately once I arrived home. I went there about a year and a half ago and had a horrible pedicure… decided to give the place a second chance today and it was even more awful. I will never go back. Pedicure

I was unhappy with the service I received. I paid $54 for a pedicure and to take gel polish off my nails. Today I am still seeing polish on my nails and they are very rough. We were the last customers for the day so I don’t know if the owners were tired or what. Also the massages included with our pedicures were lame. Now I know why they were the only nail salon we could get in to.

I’m SO glad I did!! Kim was amazing. Extremely gentle, friendly, and asked several times if the shape was ok and even if the polish was ok, if I liked the color. I had my nails done in San Diego two weeks ago. I was not happy with how they turned out. I haven’t had acrylics in years, instead, I do my own. Coming home I wasn’t sure where to go here in Bainbridge/ Chagrin Falls. I went online and read some reviews and decided on Nails Creation. I’m SO glad I did!! Kim was amazing. Extremely gentle, friendly, and asked several times if the shape was ok and even if the polish was ok, if I liked the color. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and helpful. As much as I wanna support this business, this time I won’t be coming back, they’ve always rushed me doing my nails, and they are so badly done. Also pls change your towels they are stinky. I was charged $140 and my 7 year old could have done a better job. Disappointed Gel manicures
