Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis place is awesome! I called to see if they had availability and they did so I headed to get my manicure. Just walking into the place was very welcoming and everyone in there was super friendly and so nice. The only disappointment I have is that I haven’t gone to them sooner ! Honestly. Highly recommended! Don’t pay any attention to that last post because an appointment always comes first that’s why we make them. This place is awesome! I called to see if they had availability and they did so I headed to get my manicure. Just walking into the place was very welcoming and everyone in there was super friendly and so nice. The only disappointment I have is that I haven’t gone to them sooner ! Honestly. Critical: QualityI was very dissatisfied with the service. Went in for what i thought would be a quick gel polish change. The lady who did my nails took 1 hour and the nail polish ran to the sides on my nails and got all stuck on the sides and cuticles. I was told the service would be $20 over the phone and at the end the lady charged $25, for poor service nonetheless. I was very dissatisfied with the service. Went in for what i thought would be a quick gel polish change. The lady who did my nails took 1 hour and the nail polish ran to the sides on my nails and got all stuck on the sides and cuticles. I was told the service would be $20 over the phone and at the end the lady charged $25, for poor service nonetheless. They are extremely clean even before the pandemic. My mom, my best friend, and my fiance who needs the occasional pedicure are all long time customers and we will not go to another salon. I have been going to this salon for 4 years now and I do not what I would do without them. I always reccomend them to whoever asks me about my nails and whoever I send there is always happy. Pick any person and I promise you will get quality service. They are extremely clean even before the pandemic. The lady explained that they had one appointment left for the day but someone just called and said they might take that appointment and would let her know within 10 minutes. So she told me call back in 10 if they haven’t called i Could have the appointment. So I waited and called back she said they didn’t call so we made an appointment for about 30 mins later . I was on the way there and I see the number calling me so I answered and she told me that they showed up without calling so she’s CANCELING MY APPOINTMENT! Extremely unprofessional so happy I didnt spend any money there.
