It’s not many Nail shops you go to where the technicians are very friendly, laughing, giving excellent customer service. Along with that, they gave us amazing quality service on my pedicure/gel polish and dip-powered manicure; my husband I got an amazing Mint pedicure. We will indeed be back!!! Lastly, prices are reasonable and Not pocket-breaking.

I am about six months new to this area and have unfortunately had some very negative experiences at nail salons in the area. Rest assured this was not the case here. Booking my appointment was easy. The salon is very clean and the employees friendly. The pedicure was relaxing and she did a great job. My feet look and feel amazing! I will be back for sure!

I went as a walk in and they did an amazing job. Best manicurist and pedicure I’ve ever had. The salon was nice to be in, very clean and everyone working was happy and laughing. I believe my nail tech was named Hy, she did an awesome job and was warm and friendly. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to others. Pedicure

I have been going here on and off for years. And spent lots of money with her over the years because she a bomb nail tech. I first met the owner when she was in Rolesville and followed her to wake forest. She was so nice then but I think my time with her has expired my last time there she was a bit snappy and rude and acted like my daughter age 3 was doing the most…. I wish her the absolute best for her future but I needed a place that would be kind to me and my child. (Since then I went to The guy in Rolesville. He was so nice to my baby and treated us both with respect and care.) Nancy should not look down on a person for not being a regular or spending lots of money with her. At the end of the day I didn’t have to spend anything at her shop because I work hard for my cash… I suggest she reevaluate her attitude I am not the first person to say this I have seen multiple people on social media talk about the owner and say she’s rude I’m just the first to post a review!!!

I showed up here today with a real mess with my nails. A salon I used last week (Heritage) refused to help correct my problem, telling me I had to wait 3 hrs – this was early afternoon on a Thursday. I didn’t want a freebie – I was willing to pay and said so. Owner or manager was extremely rude to me and just plainly made it clear she wasn’t going to help me and was loud enough that everyone in the store heard it. I was so embarrassed. So today, I ended up at Nails Colure and Spa, in Wake Forest. They listened to me. REALLY listened about all the problems I had going on. Between Nancy and another tech working back-n-forth, my nails look better than they have since I moved here almost 4 years ago. Nancy even remembered me coming in right after covid started, to get another bad gel job corrected. Three years – what a memory. I should have stayed with them but I was trying to find something closer to home. However, now I’ll always be a regular customer here. Thanks Nancy and everyone there!

I made an appt for my daughter at 5:30. We showed up only for 3 of the workers to laugh loudly and it seemed like forever saying that I didn’t make an appt. We stood there for a few minutes until they told us to wait “10 minutes”… 30 minutes later she finally was in the chair. Once she sat down the lady (older) glued her tips on and one nail was crooked. When my daughter told her she then yelled “that’s your finger”, she pulled on her finger 3 times showing her that her finger was crooked. She was rough on her nails to where they hurt right now. They didn’t have the coffin style tips so she filed them and they don’t look right. Once she was in the chair, she finally finished 1.5 hours later! They charged me $80 bucks for basic crooked and uneven filed tips.
