The nails are great Stephanie took very good care of my Mum and everything (highly recommend her, she is so nice), but and a big but the manager was so rude, canceled my second appointment with them out of no where, dealing with us like we were fraud, had bad attitude towards us, he was very very unprofessional in customers services in his way of acting….. barely said sorry after all what he had done to us, but sorry didn’t solve a thing.

I asked the manicurist if I could soak my nail, being that the tool she was using had already taken the dip powder off, and started to burn my actual nail. I had an EXCEPTIONAL experience here! I called last minute looking for a gel manicure & lash extensions, originally they were booked but fortunately for me they got a cancellation and their super friendly receptionist called me back right away! I was very pleased to have Emily work on both my nails & lashes, she did EXACTLY what I wanted and I felt SO relaxed!
