Very disappointed by the service I received. Nails didn’t come out awful, but it could’ve been better. After reading the reviews and seeing good feedback of Henry, I came to give it a try. He was very nice at first. I came for dipping and he talked with me about doing ombré. (Ended up doing the process of acrylic instead of dipping). I told him sure, but that the only thing I like about my nails is that they’re thin. I remember mentioning it three times. Unfortunately, he didn’t do them thin. When I asked him if there’s anyway to make them thinner he got upset and started to handle my hands without care. He buffed them aggressively and cut a few of my cuticles. He also drilled my under nails aggressively and it looks like he shortened my natural nails because of it. He called over his coworker for her to explain to me the powder is thicker than usual because it was ombré. I responded that I wouldn’t have done it then because I told him I like my nails thin. At the end of it, the cuticle area wasn’t blended enough and the gel polish was on my cuticles. He tried to be nice at the end when I was paying, but I just wanted to leave. The next day it started to lift and was tugging on my cuticles. I ended up going to another nail salon to get them fixed.

It’s my 4th time getting my nails done from Nails & Co. Each and every time I’ve had the best experience. I have confidently come back each time to try different designs & shapes and I’ve been blown away by the perfectionism of the artists. Also, everyone here has a great energy & they always let me know the best time to come in when I call to make an appointment. I’m so glad I found this spot; I prefer making this 30 min drive than go to any other place.

Had limited time for a pedicure and manicure. Annie did a fantastic job quickly removing. Cleaning. Buffing the feet and shaping my nails in a speed that was still relaxing but quick. Then I wanted to try ombre nails for the first time for July 4th. NOWhe was fast, professional and they turned out amazing.

The first time I came here my gel polish was chipping after six days, so I came in and allowed them to repaint them. I gave them another chance, and after seven days my gel polish is chipping again. They told me that if it keeps happening they can’t repair it? I told them I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and have never had to return to the salon to get gel polish fixed, and the woman replied her gel polish only last five days I asked them for white polish with white glitter, and they put silver glitter over it. The attitude that I received from the nail technician, making me feel like I did something wrong is enough to never go back

I always ask for Henry or Meme because their work is flawless and I keep bringing up difficult nail designs and they always nail it each time. All of these below sets are by Henry. I even ask him to freestyle and they look amazing. Love this salon and their service.
