I’d give it zero stars, if I could. I asked for regular polish and was given the worst manicure ever. Sat to dry for 50 minutes at the table and they look like this less than 4 hours later. I called to complain and was told I have 3 days to get redone. I have to work and can only come on Tuesday. I was told that my money doesn’t matter and that’s my problem. I asked for the manager and was told he might call me back if he has time. She then said she was the manager and her name is Stacy. I don’t belive her. They do great pedicures here. Stay away from the manicures and don’t get regular polish! And she hung up on me twice.

I visited Nails & Co to receive a fill-in. Stacy did a wonderful job. She was nice and also very helpful in picking out my color for me. I will definitely be back there. I’ll give this place five stars!

Very messily done manicure. The lady that did my nails didn’t ask what shape or length I wanted and cut my nails down super short (not what I wanted or asked for). There are bubbles in my gel polish and the edges are messy. It’s just not worth what they’re charging for them. It was done messily and she seemed to rush through it. The bride in our group was very unhappy with her nails and has to get them redone. Very disappointed.

I’ve had better mani / pedi for else where. The toe nail trim is causing me to have ‘hang nails ‘; the mani did not clean up my cuticles on my hands; felt like it was rush work; had spa manicure but no warm towels. No managing of either. Nail polish was good and has lasted. Great place for an update polishing!

My service was just ok, I received a fill in with 2 bling nails. I noticed the next day that my nails were not polished on the sides, called to see if I can get a re-polish was told that they can see if they can fix my nails they were all busy. This place appears to be thirsty for money and rush thru appointments, I will not go to Nails & Co again. Horrible customer service.
