My used to go-to spa- loved those mani-pedis! Last manicure wasn’t that great. She charged me 10 dollars extra to simply paint two nails a different color. And I’m a regular. Kindness is taking its time trickling down, and I always tip well. I’m moving next week so off to New adventures.

Critical: Quality, ValueI was in the area today and stumbled upon this nail salon and decided to stop in to get a gel manicure…big mistake. The only part of my nails that he manicured were my cuticles and barely touched them and to be honest, I’m glad because he wasn’t gentle. All of my nails were caved in, in the middle, not straight and my gel polish barely covers my entire nail on each finger. I tried to explain exactly what I wanted but he seemed to be too angry to even try to understand or fix the issue. I was in the area today and stumbled upon this nail salon and decided to stop in to get a gel manicure…big mistake. The only part of my nails that he manicured were my cuticles and barely touched them and to be honest, I’m glad because he wasn’t gentle. Was a costumer of many years until today I walked in the door first thing lady says to me “no appointment?” Like good morning to you too…then I ask for a gel mani wait 20 minutes and at the end was charged extra 10 dollars for 1 tip and gel removal? I have never been charged for that. Will continue to be a happy costumer at Salon De beauty they do a better job and are much more pleasant!

I went here to get my eyebrows waxed, the wax was to hot which caused a burn on my eyebrows and forehead which is extremely painful. The lady didn’t even tell me when leaving and i noticed once i got in the car, it is still extremely painful and i will never go back.
