My nails are very thin and brittle so I got a basic gel manicure done here before I left town for a major event. The lady who did my nails was very nice and guided me as I don’t get manicures very often. She took her time and made sure my nails were nice and even and I left very satisfied with the result. I was so happy I found my favorite shade of blue!

It’s an alright nail salon, they offer acrylic, gel, eyebrow wax, pedis, from what I seen. I gotten my nails done about three times here, thought I’ll give it a try since my nail tech is out of state. Okay shaping, some were bumpy others were smooth to the touch. Price is about 50+ for new set and 40+ for refill. They do walk ins as well, usually busy after 4pm. If busy it’s a 30+ min wait. Reason I stopped going is because they don’t soak off your nail like they should to avoid damaging your natural nail instead they get a fake nail and go between the acrylic and natural nail to take it off which is a big no no for me and it upsets my nails.

Critical: Quality, ValueIt’s been a week today. Haven’t had time to go in to fix this because I literally spent 3 hours of my only off day there. Pedicure: lady trimmed the corners of my toe nails so they’re no longer square shaped didn’t have ingrown nails don’t know why she did that and now my corners hurt. She didn’t know how to do an acrylic toe fill so someone else had to do it. She then made my right toe French tip WAY thicker than the other (didn’t notice til I got home) Fullset: lady gave me attitude when I asked if she was going to push back or trim my cuticles which is something that should be done to prep for acrylics anyway she did what I asked and I’m sure she charged me for it & she still left a lot of space between cuticle and nails hence why 3-4/ 10 nails are lifting already and I feel like everything was overpriced for the quality of work that I got. Pedicure: lady trimmed the corners of my toe nails so they’re no longer square shaped didn’t have ingrown nails don’t know why she did that and now my corners hurt. I’ve been to this place a few times now and each visit just keeps getting worse. My nails last no more than 1-2 days after the service date and I always get gel. I’ve done gel on my own at home and it lasts longer than that! This last time I decided to do something else since gel won’t last in my nails and decided to do overlay. Tony did my nails, he rushed the whole process!! Kept getting up to take care of the register even tho the ladies were already walking to the register to check out their customers. He would handle the money then without cleaning his hands he would continue on my nails. It seemed like he did not want to do my nails, he kept looking around everywhere besides my nails! He didn’t ask if I want my nails squared off so he rounded it, he didn’t file my sides which left me with acrylic attached from my nails to my skin. The acrylic was so thin that my nail seemed like there was no acrylic on there and was bending. I went home and filed my nails myself, then 1 day later my nails started to rise and peel. The quality of their work is very poor, they only care about getting you in and out as fast as possible without caring about their work and that is just sad. I would expect better from the owner but since he himself acts this way, he sets a poor example for his employees. Tony writes on reviews that he will “make it right” and tells customers to go back but when they do he will try to charge them again! What a scam! I will not be going back to them, 0 stars, absolute garbage!
