OK. The shine has worn off this place for me. 6 months ago it was great. But my last 3 visits have given me crooked nails, lumpy nails and today I was cut and bleeding in 2 places. 39 years of having my nails done and I’ve never been cut. Guy kept digging at that spot too. Like he couldn’t see I was bleeding? I ended up walking out before he finished. My nails were already crooked but making me bloody and in pain wasn’t cool.

Critical: QualityI have never experienced such poor quality. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and NEVER had such bad quality. It took an hour and a half to get a dip change. My nails are all different lengths and shapes. They are not even filed so they are centered. I asked if they could do an hombre and I was told yes. My nails are all different lengths and shapes. They are not even filed so they are centered. I asked if they could do an hombre and I was told yes. Pretty much spent $40 to look like my nails grew out after I got a manicure. I don’t really understand why my cuticle area was cleaned up if they weren’t going to paint all the way up to my skin. I think I maybe get my nails painted once every couple years because I always have issues wherever I go. Manicure

Positive: Punctuality, QualityI’ve seen Tia a few times now and she always does a fantastic job. She’s quiet but so sweet. She pays so much attention to detail which I love. The shape is always great and I’ve never had to wait for her. I also witnessed one of the workers, after doing a handicapped woman’s nails, not only helped her out of her chair, but helped her adjust her shirt so she wasn’t exposed as she stood up. I’ve seen Tia a few times now and she always does a fantastic job. She’s quiet but so sweet. She pays so much attention to detail which I love. The shape is always great and I’ve never had to wait for her. The staff does wonderful work and are very friendly. Their only downfall is that they constantly let too many walk-ins come in so people with appointments sit and wait for over 40 minutes past when their appointment was originally supposed to be Dip powder, Acrylic nails

My shellac nails + toes were bumpy, a good millimeter from my cuticles (which makes them look grown out, short + stubby) also way overpriced. $90 for pedicure + manicure is acceptable if the work is outstanding. That is just not the case here. I have to have my nails redone for my event. I won’t be returning + urge others to go somewhere else too. Save your money + do them yourself if you have to. I promise they’ll look better than going here

My dip manicure is already chipping off on day 4. The pedicure paint job was horrible. It looked like I had 2 weeks of nail growth on my toes when I left there salon. Not to mention my pedicure started chipping on day 1. There massage wasn’t good either. Extremely hard to communicate with them as well. There was a younger girl named Brittany and she seemed like the only one who I would even to say to try You could tell she does a better job…. Overall Disappointed and won’t be back…

I haven’t found a place I loved my experience and nails upon waking out in a long time. My last two visits, I’ve left extremely happy. The Aloe Vera pedicure is amazing. I’m pretty picky about the acrylic nails. Both times I had Tia, she shapes the nails nicely, leaves the cuticle clean and makes sure my real nails under the tips are smooth. I hesitated adding her name because I don’t want her to become so busy that I can get in with her. She deserves the kudus though. I’ve looked for a couple years to find someone that I loved. You’re the best Miss Tia

The salon was remarkably clean and inviting and all of their services were nicely displayed in books at the front. My pedicure was unlike any other I have received and I will definitely be coming back in a regular basis. Their pricing is fair and well worth a visit; I may even start getting dip nails again now that I’ve found this salon. I took a chance on getting a walk in pedicure on a Saturday morning and they were polite and accommodating. The salon was remarkably clean and inviting and all of their services were nicely displayed in books at the front. My pedicure was unlike any other I have received and I will definitely be coming back in a regular basis.
