Critical: QualityTake your money else where. I’ve gone to nail care a few times and have been satisfied, this time I am not happy. I asked for black nails and what the image showed. I got blue tint nails and a rushed design. I ended up going somewhere else once I was able to look at my nails and see that they were not what I asked for. I will not be returning and am very upset with my set as well as how much I’m going to have to spend to get them fixed else where. I got blue tint nails and a rushed design. I ended up going somewhere else once I was able to look at my nails and see that they were not what I asked for. I will not be back. They do good work however they are understaffed every time I go. Today I left feeling like one in the herd of cattle. I understand business gets busy but I brought in my own nail polish,then the lady working on me left to work on the next customer, then someone else stepped in and took over. She was not sensitive to my needs or the fact that I had brought my own nail polishes.

I was just there for a pedicure. Best one I have ever had. Katie, the owner, is adorable and makes you feel so comfortable and welcome. The shop was really clean. Best place to get your nails done! I love the owner, Katie. She is especially talented with artificial nails. The few times i’ve gotten my nails done out of town in other shops I realize how great this place is! Amazing service and they really take their time to make it perfect. Had my nails done here. They hurt after. I week later I went back to have them taken off. My fingers around my nails are peeling skin. And my nails are yellow. They tried to say I was allergic to the acrylic. I have been getting my nails done off and on for the last 20 years. And to top it all off she kept trying to sell me services. Never again will I go back!!!

Been here a few times with good results, yet when I follow up (the next day with a receipt) with an unfortunate situation due to poor service on a pedicure they justified and offered a reason why my heels on both feet were sore cracked and bleeding. Basically they used a razor on my heels and took too much skin off. I will have to deal with the discomfort of their mistake for weeks and I am angry because I paid them to do this. I wanted a full refund. No avail. They did offer to give me a $10 gift card to use on a future visit. Not professional, poor customer service when it really matters.
