I have been coming here consistently every two weeks for a long time now. I usually only see Enmay for shellac mani-pedi (apologies if I’ve misspelled your name) as she is amazing and professional. Due to her not doing acrylic I booked a full set with Richard and pedicure with her for a special occasion. Richard was very rushed and the nails were initially 2-3 inches wider than my nail beds, he filed them down quite a bit but this was the end result. A French tip set? They looked horrible and unprofessional. I didn’t want to make a scene so I simply asked Enmay if she had time after my pedi to remove the paint and polish the nail. She of course obliged. Richard walked over to her booth and was extremely abrasive and confrontational yelling “why didn’t you say anything”!?

Everyone was super friendly however I will not be going back. A couple days after my pedicure I noticed my toe started to get really painful, I figured it was just an ingrown due to the way the nail was cut so I separated the skin from the nail yet it still hurts. Come to find out it’s infected. Antibiotics are needed at this point and I am just so incredibly upset. Not sterile at all.

i got a mani pedi, the guy rushed through me and was watching tv and not paying attention, he got the gel polish all over my cuticle and it started peeling today ( 11/28/22) and i only got them done 11/25/22. will not be returning. Manicure, Pedicure

Nails care will be my go to every time I’m in the area! I’m from out of state and was in dire need of a nail fixing. I called in the morning and they were able to squeeze me in on the evening of!! I do recommend that you call some days in advance to make an appointment because they are popular and busy!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by not one, but ALL of the staff working on the floor that evening. They were all so friendly and welcoming and even though they were still busy I did not have to wait long. My pedicure was done beautifully and Linda took care of my hands with a gorgeous full set. Phill was not my nail tech but he was nearby during my pedicure and is very engaging and keeps a great conversation going with a cute sense of humor! But Lindaaaa oh my lanta let me tell you guys about Linda. She is THE ONE, I would take her with me back to Virginia if I could! She’s absolutely wonderful and can work swiftly but thoroughly and makes sure to perfect any details! I’m beyond impressed and happy with what was done! If you think it looks pretty in the picture, i can assure you it’s even more gorgeous in person!! Thank you Nails Care for being amazing!
