Critical: QualityFirst, I would like to say I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with my toes being done. I expected my toes to look nice clean and fresh, however, it looks a mess. There is still nail paint around my toes that’s not cleaned up. Also, I wasn’t aware that to take gel polish off was an extra $5 dollars, I come here often and never was charged for gel to be taken off. My big toe is pretty messed up after I told her to redo it. First, I would like to say I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with my toes being done. I expected my toes to look nice clean and fresh, however, it looks a mess. There is still nail paint around my toes that’s not cleaned up. Critical: QualityWaited about 3hrs after told it’d be 1.5. After I left my toes were sore. When I got home and got a good look at them I noticed that a big chunk of my toenail was missing on the side, and Idek why my big toe was hurting… it’s been 2.5 days and they’re still super sore. Critical: ProfessionalismFor starters the prices are continuously changing. I literally get the same thing each and every time I visit the salon but the prices are never the same. Daniel make rude comments as if he is joking but really he is not. Their work is mediocre and their prices do not match their services. I do believe it’s because I am African American. Look at this comment section and you be the judge. Most of the caucasians have good things to say. However, we have a different experience. I use to love this salon until the inconsistencies in prices and service changed. Jack the owner is Awesome and he truly deserves nail techs that vibrates the same energy as he does. I feel that his business would thrive if he didn’t have Daniel there. I only use them when I just wanna get my nails done and over with bc they are usually not very busy when I visit. For starters the prices are continuously changing. I literally get the same thing each and every time I visit the salon but the prices are never the same. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHad a pedicure and a a fill in for my nails. Love what Jack does to my fingernails, I must I’ve been going to him for over 20 years. A young lady did my feet and she did a really nice job too. They always make me feel welcomed and not like an outsider. Place is always spotlessly clean and everything I see that they use has been sterilized and they’re wearing mass now and everything to protect us. They always make me feel welcomed and not like an outsider.
