I’ve been going to Yvonne for years. Before I started getting my nails done by Yvonne I was going from nail salon to nail salon and I was never satisfied with the service or the quality. Until I started going to Yvonne. She does amazing work and she is such a great listener and she really gets to know you and she incorporates that into your nails. She really takes her time and is very detailed. She’s a freaking artist. She has many social media platforms where she keeps all her clients informed on availability, her services and her policies. She also lets her clients know and it’s on her social media platforms as well that if you’re wanting detailed nails or special occasion nails you have to have a longer time slot. Her time slots are usually an hour so she asks that you pick something you know she can do in that time frame. She let me know all this at my first nail appointment. Which I completely understand especially with the detail she is capable of doing. She did my wedding nails for me twice (had two celebrations due to covid) and each time I had to have a special time slot so she could take her time and give more attention to detail and let me tell you she definitely delivered. Yvonne is beyond amazing, she is by far the best nail tech I’ve ever had but she also became a friend after all these years. I’ve recommended her to my friends and family and some of them have also been going to her every two weeks for years. So I will recommend her to anyone who asks me about where I go to get my nails done. ❤️❤️

Yvonne has been my nail artist for going on four years now, and I love her work more and more each day! Yvonne has always been extremely kind and understanding, along with being unbelievably talented and indescribably comforting during her appointments. Not to mention she is always willing to educate through her appointments which is so helpful! She has never rushed me or made me feel like an inconvenience- which is difficult to achieve inside of any salon! She is extremely professional but is the sweetest soul you can come by in Clio! All photos are amazing work she has done!

Her quality of work speaks for itself and ranges from the normal basic, to above and beyond artwork/ not limited to but including 3D artwork. Has wonderful energy about her and works with the most difficult of clients. Meagan C’s review is not only filled with multiple false accusations but also inaccurate to the time it was posted… AND should be disregarded. This women puts her entire soul into her work and clients, and strives for nothing less then perfection! She is extremely professional which I love, I’ve never had a problem changing appointments or getting to a schedule so I’m a regular on the books. She literally was trying to go so fast bc she had a client after me. Cut me many times while in a rush. Started to paint my nails before she even asked what color I want. Chose the wrong color. I told her I want a different color and she threw the thing at me and scoffed. Questioned my mental health as if I scheduled a psychiatry appointment. I gave her no reason to question my mental health. She took it upon herself to tell me I have social anxiety??? Of course, didn’t have time for the nail art she said she’d do. Rude person. Pretty nails. Cuts. 2 stars. Do not recommend. Went home crying.
