I had such high hopes for William, but unfortunately I was left disappointed. I called Thursday afternoon to request a nail appointment, I was able to reach William by phone and he instructed me to text him my name and when I’d be available, and he would get back to me. Well, I did and then waited 4 days completely unanswered, I don’t know why I’ve run into and keep running into so many business owners like this out in Concord, but it’s common and it’s frustrating. Unorganized and incapable businesses hurt the customer, not help them. Sad to leave this but I shouldn’t be treated like that and wouldn’t be treated like that if there was responsible and reliable staff instead of one whom doesn’t respond to clients.
